I visited Precision Watches looking for a pre-owned piece after spotting a Breitling Navitimer on their website--which is impressive in its own right. Upon entering, I was greeted by Maddy, who ended up being my personal guide throughout the entire visit. Given that they're an authorized dealer for heavy hitters like Rolex, Tudor, and Omega, it makes total sense they maintain a secure, high-touch environment rather than letting visitors wander freely. Maddy took me up to the second floor where their pre-owned selection is housed. Wow, what a setup! Having around 100 pre-owned watches under glass was a pleasant surprise; most authorized dealers keep only a handful on-site and store the rest off-premises. Maddy was exceptionally patient as we pulled several pieces to try on. When none ended up being quite the right fit, she brought me back to the main showroom to explore new pieces from Tudor and Omega (since Precision isn't a Breitling dealer). The facility itself is gorgeous. The entrance features a double-glass secure vestibule with a buzz-in system. The main showroom is impeccably laid out with distinct brand spaces, and the floor-to-ceiling windows flood the entire space with natural light. Even though it sits right on busy Route 309 in Lower Gwynedd, the acoustics inside make it dead silent--you don't hear a sound from traffic. The only reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 is the complete lack of post-visit follow-up. I left my name, phone number, and email expecting at least a quick note or periodic check-in. Instead, it's been total crickets over the last few weeks. With such a high level of concierge service in the showroom, a brief follow-up text acknowledging the visit or keeping me in mind for future inventory would have made the experience seamless. read more

the watch I bought used runs 10 minutes late and it's an Omega ladymatic. It was not cheap so I can't figure out why it does not run on time and the lapse is big. It's far from me but I have to go there and have them fix it which will be a disaster, perhaps it will be late 30 minutes with a new fix. read more

Maddy and Alan delivered as usual with the new add to my collection + part exchange. The trade process was fast and they offered me fair pricing for the piece I was parting with. Go see the team @ Precision Watches for outstanding service and personal attention to building the collection you want, not what they want to sell. Thanks team. read more

only interested in selling you pre owned watches and they make it clear you need to get purchase history close to 6 figures in order to get a desirable watch read more

This operation is a straight up scam. "chase" lowballs you by about 35% on your trade and furthermore has the balls to claim even that is subject to his idiots inspecting every little thing about it. Meaning they will come up with another excuse to give you less. What an idiot. I have a collection of over 40 watches, valued at hundreds of thousands of dollars and simply wanted to sell a few of them that I have zero interest in owning anymore. This guy lost a rich customer. That's how stupid they are. read more

I recently purchased my first luxury watch, a Rolex, from Precision Watches and I'm pleased to say that it was an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish. I visited a different premium watch dealer nearby some months ago, and the experience was both uncomfortable and unsatisfying. They had very limited stock, and they treated me like they didn't want me as a customer. Since they didn't have what I what looking for, they promised to follow up with me when/if the style of watch I was interested in became available. After months of waiting, I still have not heard from them. So, I did some research on high end watch manufacturers' websites, and I came to know about Precision Watches. Even though they were an hour away, I decided to pay them a visit in the hope that my experience would be better than with the previous watch dealer. To say that is was a night and day experience is an understatement! From the second that I walked into the exquisite Precision Watches showroom, every person that I met was friendly, helpful and without any of the airs that you can sometimes experience in higher end establishments. They took me seriously and they were very willing to work with me right from the start. The appearance and layout of their store is really something to see. It's purposefully designed, and it's the perfect environment to view, discuss and purchase quality time pieces. And, they actually have a significant number of quality used and new watches in stock and available. I am very happy to have found Precision Watches, and I'd suggest that if you're in the market for a quality watch, and you want to build a relationship with a dealer who treats you like a valued customer, and who has significant product to offer, you need look no further than Precision Watches. I highly recommend Precision Watches, and I know that I will certainly be back! read more

I walked in and was treated with the utmost respect compared to any other Rolex AD. Angelita made me feel very welcome, gave me the family history, a tour and we will be doing business together here shortly! read more

-1,000 thumbs down is the rating I'd never ever do business with Chase Leonard or Precision watch!!!! They claim to pay the highest and that's a lie they offer the lowest in the country...they look to actually steal watches at the evaluations they come up with. They are just rude and arrogant and just not nice people....Chase Leonard and Precision watch will look to steal your watch and insult your intelligence....let my experience with this low life person and low life company be your guidance to run away from them before you get taken for thousands of dollars. Beware!!!!!! read more

Great store with amazing selection. Been a customer for many years and would recommend to everyone. Friendly and non-pushy sales advisors.

Ernie helped me for almost 6 months looking for my perfect watch. I was trying to find a Datejust 41mm in the midst of a worldwide Rolex drought. Ernie's level of superior customer service, professionalism and integrity surpasses all dealers I've ever worked with. He was incredibly down to earth, informative, and honest. Throughout this entire process, Ernie kept me updated on the status of his search but also gave me alternative options in case I wanted to consider a watch outside my criteria. I was pretty stubborn when it came to the exact watch model I wanted, but I certainly appreciated being given options! When my watch finally surfaced, Ernie's excitement matched mine. He was so happy FOR me, and that's the kind of service you'll expect from Ernie and the entire team at Precision Watches. Thank you again, Ernie! read more

I paid a couple of grand for a used Breitling B1, shipped direct from Precision, which was represented as a 2010 model. Shortly thereafter, I received a watch with a 2003 purchase receipt hidden inside a booklet. I verified the watch's age with Breitling, and then requested a return. Precision initially agreed to the return, although I had to pay for return shipping to get them moving. Upon their receipt of the watch? $200 restock fee. For a watch they completely misrepresented. Restock fees with flakey buyers? I understand. Just didn't like it? Yep - Understand that too. I would charge a restocking fee also! But, you want to send me a watch 7 years older than you claimed during the sale? Mistakes happen, understood, but as a watch guy, I have to say that's a BIG mistake. They eventually agreed to refund the $200 restock fee, but it has been an ordeal. read more

Great place to do business. Have had both watch repairs done and recently bought a beautiful Omega watch here. The sales experience was great (Thank you Ernie) and they do not pressure you to buy. Great experience working with Monica. She was very professional and nice. I had 2 of my watches fixed and serviced. They both looked brand new when I picked them up. I stopped into Precision Watches to look for a moderately priced ($1000-$2000), more upscale watch that could be worn in water or industrial environments. The salesman, Boris, directed me to a series of fine Hamilton watches that were expertly designed, water resistant to 300 meters and featured sleek stainless steel bands. Boris answered all of my questions about longevity, warranty policies and watch maintenance and was incredibly upfront about the pros and cons of the watches on display. Due to this level of candor and honesty, I highly recommend Precision Watches and Jewelry for all your watch buying needs. The store also sells Rolexes and some exceptional rings. read more

I wish I could remove the 1 star.On Monday I went to Willowgrove Mall specifically to purchase the Bvlgari Daniel Roth Endurer Chronogrqph Timepiece..There was one customer present just having vague conversation with the salesman. I looked at the watches while waiting for service however noone attempted to recognize my presence. I thought maybe since a service wasnt being rendered to anyone I would at the least be asked May I help you?.. Im truly not used to this type of customer service in an upstanding store such as Precision Watches and Jewelry.. I believe if the security guard was able to make the sell he wouldve accommodated me because he was looking in awe as well. This was truly a let down and as I saw noone was attempting to make the sell or even acknowledge me I turned and walked out the door..very much surprised and upset because I really wanted to make this purchase. read more

When I walked into the store I was a little overwhelmed with the options that they had displayed. Micheal was there to help me out in every single way possible. From the second I walked into the store, I knew that I was in good hands. He started with asking questions about what I was looking for. Then he went through almost each case and pointed out 8-10 watches that fit my criteria. As I was trying the watches on he explained the history, the mechanics of the watches, and where it was smart to either invest a little more or less in the selection I was going to make. At the end he helped me pick out a gorgeous Omega Speedmaster. My father, who is knowledgeable on watches joined us near the end of the purchase and Micheal and him had a great conversation about watches in greater detail. It showed Micheal's ability to speak to anyone in any detail about watches. He didn't stop there and made sure that the watch fit perfectly and went over the top with kindness and a case at the end. I will never forget this experience and I look forward to working with Micheal in the future! read more

I couldn't be more disappointed in this store. I paid multiple visits to the store and was delighted by the friendliness and helpfulness of Christine Satter, the manager. She promised to help me add some of the harder to find Rolex watches I was looking for to my collection. She was emailing me frequently and updating me on stock from 6/2019 until 10/2019 when she stopped responding. Then I started receiving very abrupt emails from someone named Bob Sklar who claimed he was the sales manager now and claimed Christine didn't work there. I forwarded him many of our emails and he seemed helpful when he asked which models I was waiting on. His next email was completely opposite and he dismissed the idea of selling me any of them and asked what else I wanted. I explained those were the ones I was interested in and that's why I had been working with Christine for months to get them. Long story short, he no longer responds to my emails and I am now going to pursue this through Rolex's corporate offices. This store promised me the world and delivered nothing. This new sales manager has not delivered on any watches I've been waiting for and the customer service has been terrible. read more

I walked into this place on a Saturday afternoon and there was not a soul inside. Just 2 salesmen and an armed guard at the door. I wanted to have a Breitling watch I recently purchased resized and browse their watches in the mean time. The 2 salesmen looked at each other, and took my watch out and looked at it, and held it, and examined it, only to say they were "too busy, we only have 1 jeweler back there and we usually have 5, but this is a really nice watch". So you couldn't just tell me that without having to hold my brand new Breitling in your hands and take it out of the box? You had to see the watch to be able to tell me whether you could take 5 minutes to take out a link? I'm sure if I was buying from you that you could do it. Don't advertise this service on your website if you don't want to do it! read more

I was told they have a green SubMariner in the safe, so I came to buy. The manager kindly told me their rule is in order to buy a popular stainless Rolex, I have to buy one slow selling watch. Called about one of there watches listed online. I asked if they do trades and they confirmed yes. We made an agreement about a trade plus cash on my end and I sent my watch to them with postage that they provided. Once they received my watch I got a call the same day to make payment. Made payment and the watch I wanted was sent to me the next day! This is the 2nd watch I got from Precision Watches. Great selection, great deals and most importantly A+ customer service! Sergey helped me through the process and it was a smooth one! I'm from California and the transaction was smooth and fast! Great company to deal with. A+++ Thank you again! read more

Roman Murat made good on his promise even though I had to write a negative review first.

I contacted Precision to sell my old Rolex. They gave me a fair price and while I was initially uneasy about shipping off the watch I did go through with it ( they provided insured overnight shipping) and they issued me a check the day my watched reached them, for the agreed amount. Easy to do business with them and they kept their word. read more

Damage during a battery repair I was leery of going to a bus mall to get my watch repairs done. Because I didn't want a relationship with an establishment that looked at every interaction as an opportunity to be on an episode of "To Catch Thief"! I needed to have a watch battery replaced on my Tag Heuer (on a watch that was functioning properly on every level) and to be on my way. In my mind an establishment of any repute would've replaced the battery, checked the pressure seal( the reason given as to why it couldn't be replaced in a hour) and tell me if the watch wasn't functioning properly. While either replacing the battery and conducting a pressure test my watch was damaged. Be that as it may, Precision (on 8 APR 19) returned my watch, with an implied all clear, that everything was operational. I assumed my relationship with Precision had run it's course and they had fulfilled their obligation based on trust and I could move on, THAT WAS NOT TO BE!!! On 12 APR 19, I noticed the date hadn't changed since I received the watch on 8 APR 19, and I returned the watched. On 15 APR 19, i returned to pick up the watch and was informed of a mechanical problem and that they had lubed the watch and the problem could reoccur. Maybe it's just me, but I would think as reputable establishment, after replacing the battery, and pressure checking the watch and insuring that it wasn't stolen, would inform the customer that there was a problem, Precision did not do that, instead they gave me an all clear...I am underwhelmed with the service. I don't want a relationship with that type of establishment. read more

I've been hunting a pretty rare Rolex for quite a while now. Stopped in at Precision and was told they would be unable to even get me on the waitlist for it. Staff was quite cordial about it and escalated my request from sales person to manager and eventually spoke with the owner. Everyone was professional and apologetic that they couldn't help with my search. Eventually I was able to track down the watch and had a friend pick it up for me in another state. I went back to Precision as they were my closest AD to have the watch sized for me and was charged a 15 dollar fee. Seemed rather petty and odd to be charged a few bucks on a 9k watch. I was planning on looking at watch winders but was put off by this last encounter. In conclusion, not sure on final thoughts. Seem like a knowledgeable staff but were unable to get my watch of choice and then felt like I was nickel and dimed for a service that should have been free. read more

I had a new crystal and stem repaired on my Michele Deco watch at Precision Jewelers at the Willow Grove Mall. They also refurbished the watch. The service was excellent and when I picked up the watch I was beyond pleased. I have had this watch for 11 years and I pretty much wear it every day. It now looks like a brand new watch. Everyone at this store was nice and very service oriented. I felt for what they did it was priced fairly. I would return and patronize this store again. They are professionals and they did what they said they were going to do! Very pleased! read more
