I will be calling them tomorrow to see if they can send someone over to remedy this, when they do I will update back to 5 stars. Overall, excellent service, professional install, patient with questions, and respectful of my house! Great company. Just had my consultation with Rob and we put my new shower stall and toilet install into motion. He was polite and courteous and really took his time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything, especially the financing aspect. He answered all my questions and we also had a friendly chat to the point where I kind of felt bad because I know these sales calls cost time and money. I did not receive what I was shown I would get in the beginning. The contract holders did not receive what they paid for. They refuse to speak on the phone or email me even with the contract holder there. This is my only shower. I'm the only one who lives here. I needed to get my last shower replaced because it was leaking. I had no idea that this company would inflict so much damage. If you care about your space and peace of mind, please stay away from this company. I'm serious. I wish they had given me accurate information and not made so many errors. This all may have been avoided if they had spoken to me directly. They cumulatively have spent nearly 24 hours in my house since June (now August), and they still wanted to come back because they made another error. I finally asked the contract holder to say no. I can't emphasize enough the unprofessionalism of Luxury Bath. I'm guessing they will respond to this by saying I made a mistake. However, rest assured, I am being genuine.

They had the exact speed queen I wanted in stock and it was delivered the very next day. The men behind the desk were knowledgeable and polite. They were upfront about size constraints and one hour after I stopped by, one of them came over to make sure the drier fit down the stairs and it wouldn't need to be disassembled (at an additional cost by a licensed and verified by the brand tech). They called when they were 20 minutes out, showed up on time, took the old drier and installed the new one taking the time to make sure all my questions were answered and it worked as expected. There was minimal scratches on the side of the machine (TO BE EXPECTED WITH ROW HOMES DONT YOU DARE COME HERE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT) and not a single dent on any door frame. I didn't need to ask for paperwork, it was all ready to be handed to me at the end. Best appliance purchase I've ever made. Will be coming back for the washer!

The Speed Queen. Sounds luxurious right? Yeah the damn things are close to a grand. You can find it a little cheaper for a 3000 model but we found those have issues. Just search it online. Don't go cheap. Anyway we were getting close to driving to Delaware. It was cheap/no tax and they delivered. I had called Appliance & Tv discounters earlier. The guy I talked to told me to just come in and they'd work with me. I thought it was a cleaver ruse just to get me in the door. So I kept poking around. After my wife decided we'd found the best price she called them back and asked if they price matched. The guy she ended up talking to was named Mark. He said he could do that price. So we were like that's pretty cool let's run over there and see. So we get there and we are Pointed to our washer. We discuss how it's technically not the same price since Delaware has not sales tax so he drops the price again! This was awesome since I've been stressing how much these machines cost. Next we move on to delivery. Both my wife and I started new jobs a few months ago so taking off is a little iffy. They only had delivery hours during the week. They were not late enough for us. So then they were like you know what we will make it happen. Don't worry about it. Mark even said if we'd come over earlier he would've loaded it up and brought it over himself! These guys were awesome to deal with and make this extremely stressful situation okay. It's also only $50 to have the new washer installed and the old one taken away. The place in Delaware was $150. Then my wife goes and sees a fridge she's been eyeing up that is $1000 anywhere else. It's $750 here. So now I'm getting a fridge too. This I'm not excited about. I wish they would've charged more so I could've left the store with only one appliance. The guy that brought the appliances were very quick and efficient. They were also very friendly. Now the two pints that stopped me from giving five stars: they left the refrigerator box out front of my house. I called and asked that the come back and get it so I don't get fined. They said they would and never did. The refrigerator handles were put on in a kinda haphazard manner. I had to take them off later and reinstall them so they met flat with the fridge door. Overall this was a good experience and I would use them again.

I called Paul, one of the owners, that day and spoke with him about it and was assured it would be taken care of. That never happened. None of this was ever addressed, in fact it was ignored and I have a shed that I paid full price for that has a missing roof shingle and deeply scratched doors. Outside of that, I must say...The shed is built very well and if you don't have any issues you will be happy. My experience though is if there's issues or damage... do not expect any after sale support. It's a shame because if I'm in the market for a shed again this will definitely factor into my purchasing decision. I'm still irritated every time I put my key in the door and see that deep scratch across the bottom of both doors and the missing roof shingle.

Actually a really good one since we ended up ordering a high table and swivel chairs from them. We were NOT in the market for them but they were really nice and price was great. Leroy was our sales person and was very helpful. Actually it seemed like he was very busy. We left a deposit for our custom set and then we received it a few weeks later. Leroy and another person dropped off the furniture. We wanted it on a high deck and he lifted the heavy pieces so I can have them in the exact spot I wanted them. He also made sure it did not get scratched on the way up. He then came up and make sure it was positioned in the exact spot I wanted it. he didn't mind moving it a few times until it was just right. I'm glad he did as the furniture is heavy and sturdy. We were so happy with the quality that my husband called the store (Leroy picked up) and ordered two Adirondack chairs with foot stools. The custom items were dropped off (Leroy again) and places in my unique high location. We are extremely happy with the service and the product. Next we want a large table that seats 8 with swivel chairs. I just need to convince hubby since it's an investment. The furniture is made from durable long lasting material that will last forever and never fade (I believe it's poly wood) I'll definitely be back
