As a customer prepared to make a significant purchase, I felt unwelcome and ignored. Customer service starts with basic acknowledgment, and unfortunately that was completely absent during my visit. Because of this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this issue, as potential customers should not feel invisible when they walk into the store.

As a result, I never received the promised 10%. I feel completely misled into opening a credit card based on false information. This experience was exhausting, deceptive, and unacceptable.
