I was explicitly told that all I needed to do was call the store after receiving my first credit card statement and they would apply the adjustment. When I called, I spent over an hour on the phone and was told I had to wait 15 days. I waited the 15 days, called back, spent another hour being transferred between representatives, and was then told I had waited too long and was no longer eligible. As a result, I never received the promised 10%. I feel completely misled into opening a credit card based on false information. This experience was exhausting, deceptive, and unacceptable. I have been warned about Best Buy by other unhappy consumers and now I know why.

I had opened an acct 6 months ago in the store and bought a laptop $2000+, but they sent a card to my husbands name and I was not an allowed user. Couldn''t find a manager. Knowlege about product s is much less than before. Fairly good selection and pricing. I was going to spend $300+ a week ago but decided to get it on Amazon!!!

Very disappointed in this Fergusons. Everyone is polite but they're basically order-takers, and…read morethat we can do on our own. The problem is Fergusons has grown too big and forces customers to work through their website: Build.com. That website needs work. 1) It's fickle-- sometimes it recognized my email address, sometimes it didn't. 2) ordered pulls took three weeks to arrive; some never arrived at all. 3) returning is a rip-off: each knob comes with its own return fee: a $10 knob costs $7.95 to return. And they won't let you send them all back in the same box; each order is a $7.95 return fee. My salesperson never informed me of this. Reaching your salesperson by phone is a chore, as the phone answering company for the Cherry Hill Store is located in Lansdown, PA. Calls are rerouted-- your phone doesn't recognize the incoming call, etc. It was a time-consuming mess. Also, I tried to buy a $1,500 lighted medicine cabinet; it was more complicated than surgery. Questions had to go through the salesperson who contacts the rep, and then has to get back to me. Now factor in web issues and off-site call centers. And when you do finally connect, no solutions or alternative products are offered, and you've wasted a month. Finally, Ferguson's sends a "how did we do?" survey, but when I went to provide feedback, I got a window saying that my time to do so had expired. Absolutely infuriating. I've found another source for my 6-figure renovation--a streamlined, "family run" place that actually knows what customer service is.

In both occasions, multiple parts were missing from our diverter kits. This set us back time in our projects and caused un-needed frustration. Overall- do not recommend Ferguson

They were very polite, diagnosed issues efficiently, and worked efficiently. They were very patient with my hectic schedule, including when bus delays held me up coming from where I work, and left me with vital knowledge (I knew there were issues with the vents, but not that it was a total blockage and that the hose had burst in two places - this is a building management issue and a fire hazard). Now, the dryer works very well and once the battle with building management is over, the dryer will be a breeze to use, instead of acting as if a small breeze could dry my clothes. Thank you so much!

The technician diagnosed a bad control board, fan, and relay, and I moved forward with the recommended repairs. Unfortunately, even after a second visit, the issue wasn't resolved. That said, when I called to discuss it, they immediately offered a refund for all parts, taxes, and the diagnostic fee -- no pushback, no excuses. That level of professionalism and accountability really impressed me. While the repair didn't fix the problem, they stood behind their work and made it right. Because of how responsibly they handled the situation, I would highly recommend their services.

When retail business declines, these companies continue to flourish for a reason, they have an operation, where regardless of city, state, or socioeconomic difference, you can always expect to find quality items at discounted, and/or affordable pieces. Because of the aforementioned, I initially opt to not take a car through the store, knowing that when I do, I'll definitively purchase many more items than intended. Reason- there's always a treasure chest of great finds, and items you forgot you need, want to get, or the price is so reasonable, how could you not purchase the item you're drawn to. The Marshalls and HomeGoods store is divided into one space for the former and the latter. The store is maintained extremely well. The store is clean, add organized, which is often difficult because customers believe they have a sense of entitlement wherever they shop, and whatever they decide they don't want is not placed back where it was found, nor the way it was found (on a hanger, hanging from a display, in the correct aisle, shelf, department, etc.). The store is well lit and spacious. In Marshalls you can find clothes from toddlers to adults of any gender, jewelry, accessories, outerwear, workout essentials, confines, perfumes, shoes, luggage, hair care products and appliances, facial and skincare products, toys, collectibles, sports fan gear, and much more. In HomeGoods, there have seasonal and non-seasonable items well organized and displayed. There's aisles with each of the following, lamps, rugs, furniture, furniture accessories, framed artwork and photos, mirrors, pet supplies, clothes, and accessories, bedding, linens, pillows of all types, sheet sets, comforters, and duvet covers of all sizes, bath products, bath furniture, storage, and accessories. There's bath towels of all sizes, colors, and patterns, washcloths, hand towels, stationary, cleaning products for home and car, cards, gift wrap, bows, ribbons, gift bags, bag accessories, bedroom accessories, chairs, cookware, appliances, states, glassware, accent pieces, laundry items, storage containers, picture frames, cutting boards, tableware, stairwells, oven mitts, serving trays, kitchen utensils, step stools and ladders, teapots, coffee cups, barware, holiday items, books, desks, desk organizers, book ends, vases, accessories for children's and teens rooms, decorative decor from around the world from ceramic to glass to wood, food items, sauces, oils, sweeteners, spices, paperweights, dried fruit, decorative baskets, electronic and mobile phone accessories, beverages, gift cards, holiday outdoor display items, and the list goes on. If you walk out empty handed, it's an anomaly, and near impossible to do. The staff is friendly, helpful, and moves lines along at an expedited pace. Wonderful stores. Phenomenal brand stores that are constantly a pleasure to shop at!
