I have bought many appliances over the last 10 years and were very pleased with your products! However, I recently bought a GE clothes washer that broke down after 2 months of service. I had GE come to fix it twice with no success. On top of that, I had to wait 11 days to see a repairman. Everytime, I call GE to honor the warrantee, I have to wait another 7 to 14 days. As with the other reviews, my experience with Albo is that they are great, until they have to honor their commitments. I had a warranty issue with my refrigerator that required a new door. It's been eight months and they have basically told me they aren't going to replace the door (part is still on backorder...yeah right.). In fact, they went as far as to offer me a deal to have a prorated discount on a new refrigerator, instead of having this one repaired. The best part is that they reminded me I'm almost out of warranty and that they would prorate the discount on TODAY'S date, not the date of my claim. Dishonest people with zero ethics. Their delivery guys are horrible. Owner never returned several calls and emails. The delivery guy told me my $5,000+ purchase was nothing, refused to cover my new wood front door with a moving blanket, wouldnt take the door off the hinges(told me I had to take it off the hinges if I worried about the door) so they dont damage it but then adds, "that's what insurance is for." Multiple times the employee then attempted to intimiate me by aggressively telling me to pay for the balance of the order before they even finishied installing the dryer and oven. I had to tell him to leave. Disgrace. Never again. read more

I have no idea where to start.... Last winter I had a refrigerator delivered to my condo and they caused $2000 in damages!! The delivery guys did apologize, accepted blame, and took photos of the damages. Spoke with store manager and they promised to have there contractor come out to access damages and make repairs. The same contractor that cleans up their mess on other occasions. This guy never showed up and ducked my calls . I made complaints back at the store and still no repairs to date! I have an estimate I had to get on my own and will be filing small claims next week. Totally unprofessional and can't be trusted ...I can't wait to share the photos of damages with the court !! Our refrigerator suddenly broke down last weekend, so the next day we went over to Albo's in Maple Shade. We purchased a stove from them in 2014 and were very happy with it. Anyway, Drew waited on us and he was fantastic! We found a fridge that we liked right away, and Drew ordered it for us and made the delivery arrangements. Everything went smoothly. I can't say enough good things about Drew and also the delivery guys were fabulous, too. They got everything installed and even helped me clean up the mess that the broken refrigerator left. Not many people would stick around and help you out like they did. So thank you, Drew and Albo for making a hard situation a lot easier. We bought a Viking dishwasher and paid a pretty penny for it. Not only would Albo not install it, they also were not helpful when a year later (!) this expensive dishwasher died. I emailed and had to leave a couple of voice messages to even get a phone call back. We are getting a replacement and it will be installed by a competitor. When we had to replace our fridge a month ago...we did NOT go to Albo but instead went to a big box chain. I prefer to shop local but would not recommend you waste your money or your time with this business. read more

My husband called to inquire if a specific dishwasher brand/model was in stock and the employee asked if he was serious, laughed, and then told him to "go wave a magic wand." I'm not sure why he was so rude about such a simple question. So we decided it wasn't worth it to deal with this place and found the dishwasher we wanted on lowes.com. John at Albos was very helpful when our 10 year old Nugget Ice maker stopped working. It broke down two weeks before we were going to have a lot of out of town guests at our house for more than a week. The type of ice machine we needed is not easy to get particularly because we have a custom door. In fact we were told by Albos and other appliance dealers we could not get it until September. John came up with the idea of getting the non custom door model and trying to swap in the old door. He asked the installer and the manufacturer. No one was sure that it would work but it was definitely worth a try. The installer came today and was able to swap the doors. In one week we went from no ice maker and being concerned we could not get a new one until September to a new ice maker installed and working. John was great and I give him ( with help from the installer) all the credit !!! read more

I had a stove delivered today. Free delivery and installation is such a farce for this store. My son in law measured but they refused to remove the bracket so the stove sticks out past the counter and they left the box outside in the rain. Albo no longer cares about their customers and only care about the sale. Very misleading in every thing they say and they leave parts out. I called and he tried to tell me he told me but fortunately I had a witness as my son in law was with me. I would no longer recommend Albo for anything. read more

Today is December 12, 2021 and i have been without a refrigerator since August 12, 2021. I have been to Home Depot, Lowes and Best Buys none of them were able to get me a refrigerator until March 2022. I actually had to rent one due to the stocking issues these large stores were having. That was until out of desperation I sent an email to ALBO Appliance. Within minutes Mike emails me and informs me he has one with all the features I wanted, in stock. That was on a Monday and by Friday my refrigerator arrived!!! On time with an excellent team bringing that unit into my home. I would highly recommend this place of business! read more

We needed to replace our washer and dryer. I had done my research before heading out to any stores. I wanted only US made product and settled on GE. Andy Diamond was our sales person and he absolutely knew his product line. He helped us narrow down the models that suited our needs. Fortunately, there was a sale in progress so saved plus we also received rebates from PSE&G. We needed to rearrange delivery date because of a funeral and that was no problem. Product was delivered on scheduled date. Delivery people were fantastic, removed old and installed new. So far, so good with washer and dryer. Our experience with ALBO was absolutely amazing from our first meeting with John Cunning to the final installation with Bob K. John was extremely knowledgeable with all refrigerator products we looked at and helped us choose our final purchase. He then took care of delivery and installation which happened just as scheduled. We got a call from the delivery service the day before (as promised) with a delivery window which happened, again as scheduled. Then it was Bob K's turn to come and do the final installation. Once again, Bob showed up exactly as scheduled with his associate and did an excellent job with the installation and set-up of the fridge. They were extremely carefull not to damage walls or floors and cleaned up after final installation, including the removal of packing/shipping material and the old fridge. Thank you John! Horrible Customer service! Last year I purchased an entire Kitchen from Albo and due to the Covid pandemic there was a delay in delivery. The delay was understandable and expected but I still have not received the Refrigerator from that order. The initial order was April 16 2020 and today's date is March 24 2021. My complaint is about the response and lack of concern from Albo. For close to a year, I have been asking about my order and delivery and the best Albo has done is call the distribution center and ask if my refrigerator is in. Last week I spoke to the manager at the store and he said he will call the Kitchen Aid representative but over a week later they have no answer for me. Meanwhile others are ordering and receiving appliances. Basically, Albo does not care since they require full payment before they will even place the order. Albo does not care once they have their money. Do not use this business. read more

I have purchased many appliances from Albo ove rthe years. When we renovated our apartment, we purchased a washer, dryer, microwave, and range. The oven and broiler did not work on the range. A repair person found thaat the unit had been dropped. The manager at Albo said it was clear that the unit was dropped at the factory and he would contact the district rep to replace the unit. I never heard again from Albo. I called Frigidaire myself. At first they said since the unit was dropped and they did not know where, they would not honor the warranty. I did convince them to cover the repair. It took the second repair person three trips to repair the unit but it is working now. The fact remains that Albo abandoned us read more

After MUCH homework, I purchased a high end slide-in stove. I knew the price I would pay, and without mentioning it, the salesman beat it by nearly $150.00. My stove was delivered (and converted to propane) in just a week. I opted for the insurance plan, which was very reasonable.Thank goodness! Update 1/24/2018 Ok so my third delivery on the stove was just now. This time they made sure to check out the stove to have no damage prior to delivering GOOD JOB!.... Its installed and up and running. The other day when I told them I was out 60 in delivery charges due to having redeliver 3 times the Mgr answer was don't tip next time. I found that appalling that his answer was to take from the low man on the totem pole when nothing has been their fault so of course I tipped another 20.00 now out 80.00. Any money should be from the store just my opinion. The delivery guys also made sure the washer and dryer were level and no packing material inside they were not instructed to do this but were just being kind to me. Great delivery men I will say that. All of them. Now I am going to try again to see how it runs and record the sounds guessing they will still be there and the service guys come Monday for the 3 day old washer. I will update then on the washer. Certainly glad the stove issue is solved one more to go. read more

My experience has been frustrating to say the least with Albo. I purchased a Thermador wall oven and microwave. Took 7 weeks to come in. I was told I would have in 10 days. Then I was promised they would have the installer contact me. I stated I did not want delivered if the installation couldn't be within a day. I did not want to have in my living room for the holiday weekend. The appliance were delivered and installer advised he was on vacation for 9 days. Their Manager (Ginny) was to call me back several times regarding all the delays. She never calls. Customer Service is horrible. Buyer beware! I would never recommend. read more
