Hawkins replied quickly and definitively, and provided a reasonable look-see price that would be folded into the final price if I got the work done. Even better, they could come out the next day. The tech, Shawn, called when he was 16 min out and arrived right at the beginning of the two-hour window that had been promised. He couldn't have been more friendly, polite and professional. He got to the root of the problem quickly, and then found another. He fixed that, too. It had been a clogged drain and a blown wire of some kind.
