She answered my questions and she assisted me with getting my prescription from my doctor and told me what it needed to say. once she had the prescription and it was filled, she called me back and told me what I needed to bring in and that it would be ready when I arrived. Parking lot: a small private lot off of a very busy street. Atmosphere: bright and filled with all kinds of medical equipment that you can think of! even recliners! Service: when I arrived, Judy greeted me. She pulled my paperwork and began to assist me. By the time she had my paperwork, Sheryl arrived, and she remembered who I was. Once all of the paperwork was done, Donald came over adjusted my scooter handle bars, gave me a tutorial on how to operate the knee scooter and assisted me once I was at my car. If you need equipment & quick and kind service, I recommend this place. After waiting two days for a technician to come out, I was then told repeatedly over the next two weeks that they were still waiting for the battery to be shipped from the manufacturer. Frustrated, I reached out to another company -- they diagnosed the issue, sourced the battery, and replaced it within 20 minutes of arriving, all within an hour of my initial call. The contrast in service was unbelievable. Ascher was a total waste of time. Their delay and lack of urgency were unacceptable, especially when dealing with equipment that elderly and handicapped people rely on daily. Absolutely awful experience -- I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
