Service: when I arrived, Judy greeted me. She pulled my paperwork and began to assist me. By the time she had my paperwork, Sheryl arrived, and she remembered who I was. Once all of the paperwork was done, Donald came over adjusted my scooter handle bars, gave me a tutorial on how to operate the knee scooter and assisted me once I was at my car. If you need equipment & quick and kind service, I recommend this place. After waiting two days for a technician to come out, I was then told repeatedly over the next two weeks that they were still waiting for the battery to be shipped from the manufacturer. Frustrated, I reached out to another company -- they diagnosed the issue, sourced the battery, and replaced it within 20 minutes of arriving, all within an hour of my initial call. The contrast in service was unbelievable. Ascher was a total waste of time. Their delay and lack of urgency were unacceptable, especially when dealing with equipment that elderly and handicapped people rely on daily. Absolutely awful experience -- I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
