Regardless, this was poor customer service etiquette, and what place was it his to tell me in so many words that I could or could not have a box to stick my bottles in? Sure, I juggle a few in my hands/arms with a purse and risk dropping them. Then are you going to cover the monies I spent on them. I always went to this store, but never again. You got me once, but you won't get me twice. Where is the greeting when you walk in the doors and the employees are just standing there behind the counter doing nothing or talking with another associate?
