Great place to shop and, I received some great customer service here from the fragrance and shoe…read moredepartment. No complaints and if you go here see Aubrey at fragrances downstairs.

This location is closing. I went their to find a gift for my husband birthday. When I first went…read morein the Security guard agreed me at the door. I was looking around and majority of the items in each department was gone. So I made my way over to the Polo section , because my husband loves to wear polo. And the young lady in the department is very nice and helpful. But the items that was in the department was extremely too high. They seem like they up the price. Because they're going out of business. So I walked around the whole store , even went to the shoe department thinking I was going to buy me up here shoes. I left the polo shop and wandered around. Went to the 2nd floor and it was like a ghost tale that was the woman's department. The ranks was empty to tables was empty and so was the shoe rack. It was a great store wireless run over during all my lunch or after work to go pick up guests for my loved one. But this time I really couldn't buy any fake. There was no makeup , no pocketbook , no shoes and no clothes in your price range. Then the staff was all sitting around and standing around and on their cell phone. In the whole store it might have been about 100 staff in the store. They have some nice item in the store. I\nPicked up a pear shoes that was so sure , and the shoes was five thousand dollars. A puffy women's jacket that was polo was nine hundred dollars. No thank you. I just walked around picked the items. It was taken pictures. And some of the people went in here looking for sales and was disappointed.Wholesale and left file with no bags. When I shop at Saks and come on with a bag, I feel so great but at this time, I was very unhappy. I don't know when the closing date , but they are narrowing it down. The staff was even taking a scanner and scanning things with a self and asking about buying the furniture that was in the store , just absolutely sad and crazy. I'm sorry to date you have to lose the job.\nAnd now there's a pick department store empty , like the rest of the stores in philadelphia. Hopefully when I go back to work on monday , I can run over my lunch break or that I get off of work and see if the prices went down. The last time I checked , it was twenty five percent which is not much. And when he got the news that the store was closed , they hated and sent all the high end pocketbook , shoes cologne to sell here not really for sure. But even online, the items are high, they say the sale, but not a sell. So what do you think check it out? And you can't take anything back to the store. So what are you holding. I think the lady in the polo shop said If I was buying my husband something makes sure I know his size because they wasn't accepted return. Sending prayers to all the worker.

Epic fail trying to return some winter clothes I didn't get to wear because we really haven't had…read moremuch of a winter. The last sale price was 3x below what I paid so I deemed it not worth it. I'll just hold on to them until next year. Hopefully I'll get to wear them. Still love old navy, no shade !!

The time has come where I can no longer buy the NMT clothing based on his age (3T) or his size (M)…read more No, the NMT is now a 16 year old, with his first serious summer job. This job required blue jeans, an article of clothing he previously shunned. I knew we'd need a variety of sizes and cuts for him to figure out what was most comfortable. So off we go to Old Navy, me happily and him looking like he was in the Bataan Death March. He's not a clothes shopper. As expected, they had their Wall Of Jeans, grouped by cut. We got there early, just after opening. What was surprising and disappointing was the disarray on the shelves. Jeans heaped in piles. Sizes all over the place. Sizes plain old missing. If looked like the end of a busy day, not the start. I plowed through, sending Sir Grumpy off to try on different cuts and measurements. Fairly...almost too quickly- he deemed a pair or two "perfect". Fine. I then browsed for some shorts for me, found a few great pairs. Done. This particular location is cavernous, as it was a Penn Fruit grocery store in a previous life. It's decent laid out and well lit. The staff were fine. Where it fell short though was in the disarray- either poor restocks no management, or none. Given that the big is an odd size tight now I likely will be going elsewhere in the future, where the stocking is better and the size availability is complete.
