    I had to help a relative upgrade their equipment. Since that relative was with another company…read morebefore, the representatives I worked with didn't seem to realize that my relative was renewing their machine rather than starting off on their very first one ever. Initially, it was going to be a monthly rental where the deductible would have to come into play first, and the machine could not be purchased and reimbursed directly all at once first. However, under this particular insurance plan, it turns out there is a clause or so stating that future machines are covered. There is probably verbiage regarding the idea that my relative has to be continually and reasonably compliant with the machine he/she started with. Some companies would not do enough due diligence to fix or monitor these kind of errors. I suspect the company my relative was with prior would've overlooked this even though they were the ones who awarded my relative their first machine. I am grateful to have this company to help my family out.

I was mailed the machine and used it for 3 months. Then I get a bill. I called numerous times and spoke to numerous people and no one could explain why I was receiving bills for the machine. Finally the last time I called I spoke to someone who said they didn't take my insurance. So now I'm questioning why this wasn't caught BEFORE they sent the machine to me and why wasn't this explained to me the numerous times I called. No one could answer this. Now for the return. I was told they would send me a shipping label to send it back. I never received it so I called again. Then I was told I had to have it picked up but they only do pickups on Tuesday. This was unacceptable due to me working a 12 hour shift on Tuesdays. The girl told me that she'd have a manager call me. I waited a week and no one called me. I called again and got a guy who set up a pickup for me on my day off. Well the days comes and goes and no one shows. I called the next day and was told that they no longer do pick ups. So of course I ask why I wasn't contacted and told this. Once again no answer. So he tells me that he is sending me a box and shipping label to send it back. I finally receive that and I immediately returned it. I checked the tracking number and they did receive it back. To this day I am still receiving calls and voice messages to order my supplies for the machine! Can't they see it's been returned. So disorganized.

I went into the showroom in Bensalem and was so so impressed. You have to see these products. Low/no pressure sales. Just great products and ethical great help. When seeing these products I decided also to get my husband a great product to help him move into the tub smoothly which is going to help us exponentially and now we don't have to get our bathroom redone and lose the tub, which is a bad selling point when we sell our home.
