I had a very limited budget, a Long list if needs, and was running out of time. I KNEW I was looking for that "Needle in a Haystack". Well, John found it for me! I had been searching for quite a while. I constantly on the internet and was in contact with so many people looking for a van. The BEST thing I ever did was when I finally contacted Mobility Works! The staff was always kind and helpful when i would call. If John was out and i left a message, he ALWAYS returned my call. John DILIGENTLY searched for and found vehicles for me to consider. Both are bad service. the oxygen technician did not even want to come to deliver my oxygen, which was running out of the tank i received at the hospital. he showed up at 11:00 at night. Barely explained to me how to use it. then he was out the door in 10 minutes. i had to have two other techs come to my house to show me more things about using the oxygen. CPAP machine: same thing. in and out of my house in 15 minutes. so, I had to call them and have techs come back twice to show me more about how to use the machine. one of the techs was very snippy to me. the only good thing i can say about them is that their Sleep Call Center on the phone is good. they helped me a lot with getting different masks and many other questions.

The employee who answered my call immediately had me speak with the chairlift specialist Julianne. That same day Julianne fit me in for an appointment at their office and quickly set up both the measurement and installation appointments.
