I injured my ankle a few weeks ago and went in to repair my crutches. While I was waiting they insisted on me sitting down on one of their comfortable chairs. They genuinely seemed concerned for me and my well being. I was there because I had broken the bottom of my crutch and I thought I would need a whole new set of crutches. Luckily they had some spare parts in the back and the nice man repaired my crutches for me. I would go back here for any and all of my medical needs. Please note that they do need prescriptions for some items.

I was seeking treatment for a chronic condition. At the initial evaluation, Dr, Guthrie was thorough & I appreciated his modern approach to medicine. However at subsequent appointments, his manner went downhill. H shushed me for explaining what medications had not worked for me in the past, said out of line comments regarding family history, & did not give second thought to how certain medications might impact other health concerns. On top of that, the waiting room here absolutely reeks of urine & I do wish they would clean the shamefully filthy chairs. Unlike many health service providers however, the front desk associate was kind & helpful.

How in the heck did this pharmacy gain 5 stars? I guess they got all their buddies to write rave…read morereviews, because my first and last visit to this 'high-class pharmacy' was nightmarish. Here's my story: I purchased a nebulizer at $49.99. It did not dispense the medicine properly. I called the number on the instructions and was given some suggestions on how to resolve the problem. The suggestions did not work. I called Rann and a woman told me that 'we have to find out why it doesn't work", among other expressions; giving me the distinct impression that they don't like to accept returns for defective items. However, she told me to bring it in when I had a chance. I did so. When I attempted to return this defective item, I was told that I had to have a receipt. I didn't recall receiving a receipt at time of purchase, but the receipt was on my credit card. They refused to accept a return. I took a picture of the nebulizer plus the clerk when I left the nebulizer at the store. They told me to take it with me. I told them they didn't understand the process for a dispute with my credit card. I told my credit card company as I am telling you, many stores today are refusing refunds on credit card purchases because they know many times the credit card company will refund the card holder but NEVER COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE EGREGIOUS COMPANY.
