I had to go to this CVS, my old one, bc they would not transfer all of my mother's prescriptions to her new one after we moved.. She is 93, has severe dementia and is wheelchair bound. Leaving her alone is a big concern. I go to this cvs to pick up 2 prescriptions for her. It is 30 minutes away. When I arrive at the drive through they filled 1 prescription correctly and another incorrectly. I was told it would be 20 minutes to fill the right one. I park in the lot, wait 20 minutes and go back only to find they filled that 2nd prescription incorrectly AGAIN. They told me it was going to be another 20 minutes to fill the right prescription. I explained the situation about my mother and told them I had to get back to her right away as she cannot be left alone any longer. Then some nasty pharmacy tech comes out and tells me that it will be another 20 minutes again. I explain again my mother's situation and she could not have cared less. She said I have to wait 20 minutes or not get her needs. I said I would not move my car until I got the prescription, that my mother had to have them today. She threatened to call the police. I told her that I was going to come after her by lodging a complain with CVS headquarters. She shrugged her shoulders and slammed the widow shut. I confess after she slammed the windows I did call her a beyotch. The cops came and even then they would not give me my mother's pills and banned me from the store. She lied to the cops and her boss and said I physically threatened her which I NEVER DID. I don't physically threaten people. When I got home my mother was on the floor, all curled up and crying because she forgot where I was. After I called CVS customer service they got the prescription transferred to the store near our new home..... this is not the first time there was a problem with this cvs. Patronize this store at your own peril. They are unprofessional, nasty, liars and do not deserve to be around decent people. The manager won't even ask for your side of the story. Beware of the tech in navy blue scrubs. She is short and doesn't have an ounce of empathy. read more

If I could Would give a ZERO. They booked 4 people for one time slot!! Since 3 pm. People waiting there had been there over and hour for "scheduled" vaccines!!! They want us to sign in on line "when we are in the store" but place has only ONE BAR!!!! What a racket!! Told us to rebook tomorrow and tell the person there what happened!!! read more

They take about 10 hrs to fill a damn prescription, no one answers the phone and my mom every month has difficulty filling her medication because they apparently don't keep her medication in stock even when they know she fills it there every month. read more

This is my favorite CVS in the area. They have a Minute Clinic, a large pharmacy and recently added an optical center. I did happen to drop off a script on NYE day and the wait was longer than usual. But I just ended up shopping around the store for household/beauty items and tried on some eyeglasses so it was all good. read more

I have to get COVID tests for work, this was my first time at this location. I always arrive around 10 mins early just in case there's a line. There were 4 cars ahead of me and I waited in line for over 40 minutes. Most do COVID testing in 1 land and RX refills in the outside lane. Apparently all 1 line here. I wasn't going to write a bad review but the team didn't have any urgency at all when I finally got to the counter. Honestly just looked like they couldn't care less. Just don't get your COVID test here. Or arrive way early. read more

Every time we go to this CVS we have a bad experience, but today took the cake. We drove up to the window to pick up a couple of prescriptions and hit the button to call a tech over. We had to wait a little while, which was understandable, but once Kiran finally showed up he started talking to someone else inside instead of helping us as cars lined up behind us. Once he finally opened the window, we asked whether he was ready to help us yet and he immediately got a major attitude. He was extremely short with us and wouldn't give us our change until we gave the little plastic clipboard back. When asked whether we should speak to a manager regarding his attitude, he said that he didn't care whether we did or not and stormed off. The manager was apologetic, but this is the last straw. We'll be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Whenever its later at night, this is my go to CVS because it is the only 24 hour CVS around. The employees are nice, they always have what I need and it's much easier getting onto Allentown Road at night versus during the day. When I stopped in tonight it appears this location is getting renovations, which includes rearranging the store and adding in a few self scan machines. This should improve an already great location, I look forward to it. read more

Mainly I'm sick of waiting to get prescriptions. They've changed to 90 day prescriptions but there are less people working there now (my unofficial opinion). I'm going to look for another pharmacy. I had a good experience at Walgreens at Valley Forge and Main St but unfortunately my insurance doesn't like them. Too bad. read more

NOT 24/7 pharmacy!! This review has nothing to do with the staff. They were just fine. The problem is the store is advertised as having a 24/7 hour pharmacy. But that has not been the case for over a year now. I am so sick and my doctor called in a prescription for me so I could get it after I was done working the evening shift. I wasted what little precious time I had to try and get medicine that now wasn't available because of this false advertisement. read more

Open 24/7... What more needs to be said? The store is always clean and the people who work there are friendly. The fact that the pharmacy is always open all day every single day: that's the deal maker for me. Plus, the parking lot is bright so no matter how late it is, I feel safe walking in alone. read more

Went to the Minute Clinic at 10 am. After waiting 2 hours I left. Seems problem with the computer system the reason why. Not my first time at the Minute Clinic that was a total waste of time. CVS needs to rethink their business model. read more

I would give them no stars if I could, considering the fact that I was turned away for a cough at 3pm because the technician just didnt want to be there. She said there was no possible way she could see me without a negative covid test, so I bought a rapid test From the same cvs, did it in the car, and came back in with a no doubt about it negative test. She still turned me away saying "tests can come out negative even if you're positive" and proceeded to lie saying they were closed early for Mother's Day. They closed at 5 and this conversation happened at 3:30 pm. She also said "I have someone coming in at 4, and that's my last appointment" another lie, and either way I came back and did what she said, you'd think she would have time in the 30 mins to look down my throat and prescribe me antibiotics. she Was extremely rude, and tried to make us feel irresponsible for coming back in with a negative test, just like she asked. I don't know her name, but whoever was working may 9th on Mother's Day should go through some extra training. good thing I could drive down the street to someone who was competent at another cvs. read more

I had a sick child and planned on waiting for an antibiotic refill. I was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I proceeded to get back in line to see if it was ready. i waited an additional 20 minutes in line and when I was finally able to speak with someone I was alerted that it has yet to be filled. The tech said the pharmacist will fit it now so get back in line. I told her I do not have another 20 minutes to wait and asked if I could pay for it now so I could just grab it when it was filled and she said No. I told her that this was very unfair and walked over to get my child. When I walked back in line they said, oh do you want us to fill it? Then they allowed me to pay my co-pay. The tech behind the cashier gave me a nasty look. I told her I did not appreciate the nasty look as this is a professional environment and I have been professional in letting you know that its not acceptable to make people with young children to wait this long. If they told me greater than 40 minutes then I would not have waited, it is merely being understanding of your customer's time. She then gave me another nasty look. I looked back at the cashier and said, this was unacceptable to treat people like this and that I would never return to a place with this treatment. After I paid the pharmacist came over to give me the medication and said that the tech did not mean to give me a dirty look. I told her she gave me two dirty looks, that was not an accident. The pharmacist continued to tell me she did not mean to and the pharmacist apologized. I told the pharmacist that it is unacceptable to make excuses for employees who blatantly are rude to their customers. I have never been treated like this before. I warn all people to go to a different pharmacy. This place does not care about you or your time! read more
