I asked for the manager who was just as rude and refused to exchange the item. I would totally understand if the item was half used, but this was a FULL bottle of expensive hair product. The manager even opened the bottle and tried to pump it and said "yep, it's broken". He could see that it was full but wouldn't do anything. CVS has no issues taking product back, Rite Aid, Sephora, but Ulta won't EXCHANGE an item that was sold to us broken? Because of this I will not give them my business.

Yes, it may seem pricey at $20 for a wax, but you're also getting a tutorial into how to properly do your brows, which is really priceless :) I don't know what kind of wax they use, but it was absolutely painless. She could not remove the poorly applied color, so proceeded to "cover it" up with foundation that did not even match my skin tone. I go to ULTA to look prettier than when I come in, and had a special occasion that evening. Waiting until the next day to see if it all came off was not the correct approach, which was suggested. Thank goodness, the onsite make-up technician was able to fix my brows and remove the over-applied/thick color. I expected much more from Benefit. When I complained, I was not offered a refund, and no manager reached out to me. However, I was grateful that a different person was able to patch up the botched job.
