This item was $30+ so we brought it back to Ulta for a replacement. The girl at the counter was very condescending and said that since it was purchased more than 60 days ago they won't exchange it. I asked for the manager who was just as rude and refused to exchange the item. I would totally understand if the item was half used, but this was a FULL bottle of expensive hair product. The manager even opened the bottle and tried to pump it and said "yep, it's broken". He could see that it was full but wouldn't do anything. CVS has no issues taking product back, Rite Aid, Sephora, but Ulta won't EXCHANGE an item that was sold to us broken? Because of this I will not give them my business.

I only wanted to prove there were indeed refills left on the prescriptions and as soon as they emailed me tha5 the prescriptions were ready I cancelled them. they inquired why I cancelled them, and they denied that they declined to transfer the prescriptions. I'm sorry, I believe CVS not Walgreens. the level of incompetence is egregious! I wouldn't trust them to even fill my dog's prescriptions. all of their customers should beware, these people are very incompetent and you could be their next victim!
