So why did we come so often? They have an Amazon locker in the back of the store! It was incredibly convenient. Put in your order number or scan your barcode and the locker door pops open with your package inside. This is a great option when you don't have somewhere good for a delivery. This review is really more for Amazon, but kudos to RiteAid for putting the locker in. The store was very clean and modern looking as well. Seems like it would be a good pharmacy.

They did not have the moderna so asked if I could come back later in the day after 3pm. I went in today and the two women said they do not have deliveries over the weekend so they don't have it available. Very rude !! Wouldn't listen to the voicemail I received just kept saying they wouldn't have gotten it in!! She basically said the girl I talked to on Saturday was not a regular and then she said that they were just filling in ! NOBODY knew what was going on! I felt like a number and a dollar sign. Today, I needed an inhaler for my cat and Peter was able to get me the very best price. I truly appreciate his taking the time to research and not be so quick to just quote a price of $450 for the inhaler. Many other pharmacies would have done that. even Costco did not find the price I received here I highly recommend. very customer focused. I am on Social Security, so this is extremely important to me.

In the order form for the drugs it said they promised me the drugs at 11:35AM. I received them at 3PM. The lady on the phone seemed mad that I called and was wondering when the drugs would be ready. They have a sign that the customer should be nice and respectful. The pharmacy personnel should start with themselves. Last time I go there.

We came here for COVID-19 PCR testing as negative results are required for our upcoming…read moreinternational flight. Drive-thru process was easy enough. You have to register your request online. Once you answer initial screening questions, you'll have to make an appointment. The trickiest thing for me was to upload our insurance cards since I could not use texting options. Time limit of 20 minutes to register seemed long enough initially, but it became a fight against time since I had to take a photo of cards, crop them and upload them. Epic failure, but as the saying "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again!" goes, so I got my photos ready to upload, and then tried to make appointments again. Actual test was a drive-thru affair. You show up on the appointed time, drive up to the window, provider will go over necessary patient identification questions, double check your registration information, gives you test kits, and supervises your self-administering test process. She instructed us to deposit test tubes in a bin and told us the results will be ready in 1-4 days. You had to establish CVS account online when you received an email. We were so happy our negative results were posted in two days. Airline requires testing done within 72 hours of departure, and obviously 96-hr turn around wouldn't have worked... I think it's an expectation management technique. It all worked out at the end!
