They have the most unprofessional staff at the Pottstown facility. Greg the pharmacist was extremely short with me and yelled at me in front of other customers. Then Bonnie started yelling too using profanities. I asked her if she treats all her patients this way and her response was "only ones like you". I asked her what that meant and both her and Greg blatantly ignored me like a child . I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this pharmacy. It was a Saturday and the pharmacy was the only place that could do it for me. They charged me 5 dollars for 5 copies, I vowed that I would never go there again. Fast forward 6 years later honeybrook pharmacy closed and Ben the pharmacist is working there I was told so I would go there as Ben was exceptionally good at his job.after my wife and I went to our doctors we had all our scripts sent there.we called on Tuesday afternoon and spoke to someone who sounded like they were halfdead.waited forever on hold and finally found our scripts. I asked them to order the meds and I would be in the following day to pick them up. But they wouldn't order them until I gave them all my insurance info. Unfortunately I couldn't find it right then but didn't want another day to pass without ordering the meds, Between my wife and myself we spend around 5 thousand dollars on meds yearly and that doesn't count what my insurance pays. Needless to say one phone call to the pharmacy we are currently using and the meds were ordered and I had them the next day. I also found out that Ben doesn't work there anymore. My point is I tried to keep my business local and instead of just ordering the meds and worrying about insurance info later they refused to do anything. That is the second and last time you will turn me away I will frequent other pharmacy and spend my money there it's a wonder that you are still in business you lost thousands of dollars by turning me away YOUR LOSS

Sometimes I think that if I ever moved from the area, I would never find a place like them. Their staff are always super helpful and go above and beyond giving me solid advice and suggesting products. Ben and Mike are always willing to listen, offer their expert advice and put me back on the road to good health. I am more confident with them and their extensive knowledge of health and maladies, then I am with my regular doctor.
