Therefore, it is a blatant and kurt "NO!" Which sours all my prior experiences leaving a bitter aftertaste in my mouth and tarnishing my desire to even speak favorably of the staff in the future. Especially, when the staff will gang up on you in support of "verdict" as if they are in the position to judge. I find this inappropriate behavior. The company should allow for a seven-day grace period - so to speak - where you should be able to change your mind if the product is intact i.e. unused.

So, I tried again and low and behold the same thing happened. Well, I checked my email and all of a sudden two orders were received and my account charged twice for nothing "being in my empty cart" Beware of this scam and check closely for what Yankee is charging you. Their customer service reps lied to me over and over and the their story kept changing on how they were going to correct this. They gave me a credit on one order and then recharged and took the money back? What is wrong with this whole picture. And trying to talk to someone that one can barely understand is even more frustrating. Yankee, do not order from them unless you want to spend hours, for me it has been 4 days, well over 20+ hours of lies and scamming and having to repeat the story each time and I spoke that least 17 different people all who just "play" stupid. It was also not too overpowering with the scents of about 50 perfumes and colognes sold here. The sales staff were fantasic. They did not have my product but explained that they were expecting it back in and if I wished to provide my name and number, they would call me when it came in! Holy smokes! I was in shock, but a happy one. Icing on the cake will be when they call. Seeing that I had wanted a facial product, they were very good about showing me a couple of others that would be a good one to use until my Genifique arrived. What I appreciated, they showed me the smaller sizes, knowing I wanted a different one and this was a "fill in" - again, how nice to think like the customer. No, I don't want to buy the semi-gallon size of my back-up creme. I was pleased to see the fragrance line offered and the amazing sales person told me all about their holiday sales and how certain ones came in special offerings of perfume and lotion. Yay! I left CVS pharmacy about 2 years ago for a better pharmacy experience. I put up with a lot from…read morethem also, but didn't want to leave a pharmacy again. It's a pain. This last visit was the last. Prescriptions are never ready. The pharmacists don't return calls after they are supposed to be calling the insurance company to get it to go through. The technicians have no idea what they are looking at on the computer and obviously are not trained appropriately. Once my scripts are called in by my doctors, they seriously do not fill them till you call and even then, they may not be ready. I'm done!!! Goodbye and now I don't know where to go!! So disappointed!!
