I tried to get someone to help me but it was like being in Home Depot when the employees run and hide from you. One guy never looked up from his phone. So I left and went to the collegeville location and this guy was eager to help but just kept bullshitting me about sizes and obviously just wanted to sell me anything. He even told me the pair of jeans I like to wear was discontinued but I was able to order them online. I guess with help like this and honestly horrible selections in clothes, it's any time now we will be seeing a going out of business sale. I always liked this place too.

I insisted they understood that I had to have these suits back on this stated date. Today, the day prior, I called to check on status as directed to by a very nice salesperson to find out that they couldn't find the suits. I gave Michael all of my information and explained that not only did I have a planned and paid for event to attend but sadly I now had to attend a funeral. Michael promised to return my call. It never happened. I waited all day and finally had to call back. I spoke to Alisha ( I hope I spelled that right) who already knew of my predicament and said they had been looking for them. She put me on hold for 3 minutes and returned saying she had found the suits right where they were supposed to be. They were not complete yet. I tried to be as composed as possible and Alisha was very gracious and helpful but I was losing my stuff. She asked which suit would I need the most and I would possibly have to wait for the other. Here's the deal. This is not a custom store, I get it. It's a store that had my suits for two weeks and did nothing with them. Then couldn't call me back to tell me. Advice? Go to a custom shop. Brooks Brothers maybe. You might only get one suiy but I know they will live up to the hype. Don't bother with this store. Aside from Alisha they are horrible. In all areas of retail. I'll update tomorrow if the suit looks bad, poor tailoring or not finished. I won't promise that I'll be as nice as I was today. Can I give negative stars?

Visited the store today and everyone working was super nice! The selection was great and they had a…read moremassive last chance section with awesome prices. I was greeted and while I can't say if they greeted every person specifically, the workers were all easy to find, available, and happy to help answer questions. As someone who prefers to shop alone and in peace, I appreciated that I had the time and comfort to do so, while still having workers available for questions. If you ask for help they are happy to assist. I even saw one worker who was walking around with a customer helping them.

Why should I waste my gas? It's not the same company I had come to love! When I had a mastectomy 33 years ago and wanted a swim suit for post surgery therapy, Land's End promised a fit for every body type. There were NO mastectomy suits for that body type in the catalog. I called Land's End on it and by the next summer there was an entire mastectomy product line. That's responsive!!!

The inventory is a little low in some sizes, but luckily I'm somewhat proportionately built and for not one but TWO options. I purchased both along with some added shirts and ties. The alterations are a little backed up, but luckily I know how to do my own. One suit pretty much fit me off the each and only needs pant hem, the other I can pull an inch in the waist myself in time for the wedding. The suits were priced fair $$. The accessories: shirts, ties, suspenders are a bit high. Also surprised there wasn't any discounts since I bought 2 complete set-ups. Either way, I got two QUALITY Suits head-to-socks for reasonable cost. Once again, MARK was very helpful and attentive. He offered several color layouts and suggestions for future options.
