She was friendly and seemed to be willing to help me find what I was looking for. I told I would go ahead and start trying things on in the fitting room while she was looking for the item I asked her about. Having spent many years working in retail myself, I expected the associate to come back with with the item in my size or to let me know that she couldn't find and offer an alternative option. She never came to the fitting room, so I came out and found her on the floor. She then told me that she didn't have my size. I decided not to make a purchase because of the poor customer service. I like the brand and will continue to shop at the Loft, but I enjoy online shopping rather than visiting the Paoli, PA store.

I'm a sweets and treats person, I love CANDY. Growing up in New York, we had lots of candy stores. The candy selection was huge. So many choices and options, I saw candy I hadn't seen in 30 years.
