While this is not a very large CVS, I find everyone in the pharmacy to be most helpful. I left the CVS in Audubon about two years ago because they were very down in the pharmacy staff. I felt like a number and a dollar sign. Today, I needed an inhaler for my cat and Peter was able to get me the very best price. I truly appreciate his taking the time to research and not be so quick to just quote a price of $450 for the inhaler. Many other pharmacies would have done that. even Costco did not find the price I received here I highly recommend. very customer focused. I am on Social Security, so this is extremely important to me. read more

The Pharmacist, named Linda, is one of the more difficult people I've had to deal with in a long time. She is unprofessional, rude, sarcastic, doesn't listen and is on a huge power trip. I was under the impression that I was to be provided help and a service. I went above and beyond to make sure that I was doing the right thing and would be able to get what I needed, for myself ahead of time, so as to move on to taking care of my family... And this was supposed to be done by yesterday... So I've already rescheduled travel bc of Linda: I've already had to spend hundreds of dollars adjusting a flight amongst other things, she still wouldn't fill the script today, and now I have to wait until 9:30 tomorrow morning (cause I'm supposed to give them a half hour after opening), when I'm supposed to be at my already rescheduled flight (due to Linda's actions) at 10am. I even physically brought my travel itinerary, flight info, and cruise info to the pharmacy, per her request, but then she refused to look at it.... I mean can anyone provide me some insight? All I want to do is attend my cousin's wedding and take care of family, while also taking care of myself in the background, while making sure to take the medications that I don't even want but know is helpful, regardless of how much a hate it. Why are people I don't even know power tripping around me and deliberately hurting me, which I turn hurts the other people in my family who I'm responsible for, who you also have never met.... Why is this person in charge of my health and in turn my families health? It can't get much more discouraging than that to Be honest... I am a professional as well, and I'm also a caretaker who has had ADHD my whole life but was only diagnosed as an adult. I am the main caretaker for my father who has had so many health issues it would take too long to list, along with an autoimmune infection, as well as Parkinson's (the kind that resembles dementia). I've been planning, calling, and making sure that I would be good in filling my scripts for yesterday, earlier this month as my cousin is getting married on a cruise ship, disembarking from FL this weekend... We have been planning this all together for about a year. Having to get myself together, and my wife (we are expecting our first child in December), along with helping my mom, and caring for my father is just generally a difficult situation, no matter what way you slice it. What reason would this lady Linda actually have to act this way? I'm always trying to make it so my scripts are ready at the same time. I am not abusing or selling my meds, and that fact is echoed by the corporate office, who I called immediately upon this happening, and who now knows about this, as does Linda's boss will be giving her a call to address this tomorrow. It's just mean spirited and spiteful for no reason, and that was how it was from her initial phone call to me directly after I was told the script would be ready in 20 mins. I'm not here to persuade you...only to give you facts and my experience, so that you may have the appropriate info so as not to have to deal with the same kind of thing! Good luck! read more

This pharmacy is awful. Unable to reliably fulfill basic monthly medications. I am uncertain as to how they are still in business.

I love CVS. It's the only place I can ever find my favorite candy- Pretzel m&m's. Also every time I go to the beach, I forget my sunglasses so I go to CVS to get a new pair, where I actually really enjoy the styles and the quality. Lastly, they have a fantastic selection of "party cups". They've got these reusable cups shaped like disco balls. When I was a senior in high school, I went to CVS to grab a reusable cup for "senior week". I got this really cute cup shaped like a pineapple which especially came in handy for Hawaiian night. I didn't drink alcohol at the time so for an entire week, I walked around with this pineapple cup filled with ice cold water and when people offered me alcohol, I politely declined because I already had a "drink" (they didn't know it was just water. sometimes I threw a tea bag in there to change the flavor a little bit). I am giving CVS a one star review because I went in the other day to purchase fake eyelashes and a razor and my receipt was literally as tall as me, filled with coupons. While I really appreciate CVS trying to save me money, I would be much happier with a regular receipt or an emailed receipt. Heck I'd be happy with no receipt at all. The amount of paper being wasted by CVS is ABSURD. Imagine how much paper they are wasting on hundreds of thousands of people per day. Here's an idea CVS, keep the coupons on the CVS app and prompt people to download the app. It's 2019 for crying out loud. We're trying to save the planet here. read more

Excellent pharmacy staff. Courteous, well informed and efficient. They are always very helpful. When my daughter needed a medication they didn't have, they helped me find it elsewhere. The drive through is a life saver! read more

A lot of the people who work here are liars. They make up their own rules and not the rules of the insurance company. It's like they're mad cuz you're getting drugs and they're not. I was told that I couldn't get a medication transfer to another CVS buy a girl named Christina who called her name Chris when I asked and then I said your woman is your real name Christina and she said well whatever it doesn't matter you can't get the prescription transferred. Very rude judgemental people. They need to find another job! read more

The pharmacist is very rude. They run out of essential medicine and don't seem to care. They don't even know how to package medicine correctly. They give pills in multiple bottles that should be in one bottle even though they have been told repeatedly. I always have to go home and consolidate myself. I purchased a few items from Bestbuy.com and had them delivered here to try something new because it said they would arrive quicker. Received the emails from UPS and Bestbuy stating that my items were delivered. Went in yesterday to pick up my items and had a nightmare of a time. The one box was on the little shelf they have set aside for UPS deliveries so that was no problem, but the other box was a large item so it wasn't there. The female clerk said she would go check the back to see if it was back there. After about 10 minutes she comes back and says it nowhere to be found and I could come back tomorrow or call. I explained that the email says it was delivered so it has to be there somewhere. I means it's a small store so it shouldn't be too hard to find. Another clerk came over and said "let me check the back", and within about 5 minutes she came out with my package and said that she didn't think the other clerk even looked because it was easy to find. I mean really what kind of operation are you people running over there. I will NEVER have anything sent there again!!!! read more

The store has very poor customer service, the cashier are never the same, very rude with customers seem to lack training. Really poorly managed store. read more
