I feel fortunate to live near this location as it is a fantastic store. They have a minute clinic and their pharmacy is well staffed and very responsive. I live a little closer to another location but drive here for better service. read more

I would leave zero stars if I could. They tell you over and over that you need to call your doctor for refills, then they tell you the doctor never sent the script in. WHEN THEY DID, days earlier. So you call the doctor and again and it's confirmed that they sent it in. But this CVS still insists they don't have it. I don't know how many times my doctor's nurse has had to call them directly to tell them, "you have the correct script." Then call me back to tell me it's fine. read more

I recently went to the pharmacy to fill a much needed prescription for my son. My insurance company was being extremely difficult and would not cover it, though they had previously. The pharmacy staff was amazing - calling the insurance company several times and working with me to find a coupon to lower the price from nearly $300 to $45 to $18. I never thought I would find a CVS worthy of 5 stars, but this one is my absolute favorite! I was amazed at how large the store was, and the size of each section from grocery to pharmaceutical items! The pharmacy area and its drive through outside looked nice, though I do not have a reason to use it much. The checkout line is wide with plenty of room to wait and the employees are all friendly as well. Parking isn't a issue either, and getting onto Lower State Road isn't bad either, and there's a light to get you onto whichever road you need (you can only go right onto County Line on the other exit). It is a shame I am not more local to go to this CVS more, but when I'm on my way to Warrington i will stop more! read more

Minute Clinic canceled appointment 2 hours before son's camp physical because no one showed up for work. Seriously?!? I scheduled an appointment so there would be no problem getting time sensitive paperwork completed. I called the specific location and was told by pharmacy that no one showed up to work. Called corporate CVS I was told that this can happen - they were not surprised, nor offer any assistance - they could not scheduled at another time or location. Had I known it was a possibility I would have scheduled a backup appointment. Very unprofessional business model. read more

Im writing this review about a Pharmacist named Debbie. I recently went in to fill an expensive prescription and she went out of her way to lower my payment with a coupon I wasn't aware of. A couple days later I stopped in to see if I could get a Covid booster. She was super busy but again went out of her way to accommodate me. The store is bright and new, the staff friendly. Not much of a selection for the things we buy like children's meds and seasonal items. However prescriptions are a whole other world. Long stories short: LONG waits both inside and drive-thru. Yesterday I went in to pick-up a prescription. Was told it was put back into stock because it wasn't picked-up within two weeks (it's Christmas/New Year's time so we were busy and the meds were not critical for us) Then I was told I'd have to come back tomorrow to have the prescription filled, they wouldn't do it that night (it was 6:45pm) but they would call as soon as it was ready. The pharmacy staff was just rude. When I arrived she said they were giving shots. I had to almost argue with her that I'm qualified to get the shot. She was miserable, this is why I get medication at Giant. Their staff is friendly. I'll never go back into a cvs unless like this time they are the only people giving boosters. If I could give this place a zero stars I would. They looked down on me because I'm young and have tattoos. They didn't take me serious and made me repeat every single thing multiple times when if they did their job correctly they would've seen I was almost sepsis from a kidney infection. The store and employees are very nice and helpful. The store is new and well lit. The pharmacy wait time was a bit long, and double check the names the prescriptions are under, they used my son's name by accident for my daughter's medication. On the bright side, since they had my son's insurance info, I didn't have to give them all the same info again. I did not use the minute clinic. read more

Online their Site says the Minute Clinic is open until 7:30pm. I arrive at 7pm and the store is empty. The nurse at the MC is sweeping the floors. I try to check in and she says "we're closed." I tell her "your website says 'til 7:30." She responded "yeah, but we close at 7." Guess she didn't want to work tonight. Now I have to find somewhere else to go. read more

The nurse they have in the Minute clinic is the nastiest person you could find! The way she mistreated me was also witnessed by the employees and she was reported to the store manager. She refused the service and I had to reschedule with a different CVS. She is incompetent and rude. Avoid visiting this clinic if you have different options!!! I've had 2 issues so far with the pharmacy here. Not 1, but 2. First, I went to pick up an anti-biotic for my 7 year old daughter and when they filled it, they gave her depression medicine because my daughter has the same name as the person who actually takes depression medicine. Second, asked to fill a prescription and they filled another one, but not the one we asked. When asked, they said it was convenient for them. What does that even mean? Now I have to go back tomorrow to get my prescription filled. Never going back there again. Check your bag before you take the medicine, it could be the wrong medicine! read more

The store is new, very clean, and has a great selection of products, including basic refrigerated food like milk and eggs! The pharmacists are great- Very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff are also very friendly. I come here for all my pharmacy needs and many of my house supplies. read more

Not my CVS of choice during Covid-19. Its a large and beautiful store with nice employees and they are usually my favorite and only CVS. I just returned from my weekly CVS run and I feel uncomfortable, and don't even want to remove my items from my trunk. They need someone upfront and floating to act as a "bouncer/supervisor" regarding the Covid-19 restrictions. Other stores I use have that and the experience is very streamlined. There were people not socially distancing within the store, and also at the checkout. I wanted to use self checkout and do everything myself but was told I couldn't because the machine doesn't register the size/weight of paper towels and it turns into a "pain" for the cashiers. So I had to use the ungloved cashier. While I was unloading, a man came up beside me, hip to hip to use the self checkout next to me. He didn't know how to use it and was involving my cashier, reaching across my items and handing her cash, etc.. The overwhelmed cashier was trying to handle it, she had to hand me bags past the guys face, nobody was saying to move away, etc...I was so turned off I came home, left my purchases in my trunk and looked up their policy and called the store manager. CVS online policy for employees says masks and gloves. Their manager told me gloves were optional for employees since they can be worse than bare hands since they cannot clean their hands. I did not see anyone sanitizing their hands in here. I told her the restrictions said retail stores are only supposed to have every other cash register open. Manager said she will have to put a closed sign on the one next to the live cashier. It was also their unpacking day and she said its more confusing on that day. The manager was very understanding and cordial but all that means nothing to me. I have people with risk factors in my family as do others. This store needs help enforcing the rules. I do not need to feel uncomfortable going to my pharmacy of choice so I will be finding another branch I feel comfortable in with until this situation improves. Absolutely awful service. They messed one of my prescriptions up and then were rude about it when I pointed it out. As an individual about to finish nursing school, I would probably be fired at my upcoming job if I gave the wrong amount of a medication to a patient. They should be ashamed of themselves and their customer service skills. read more

I was under the impression that "minute clinic" might just be speedy enough to not take away my valuable time with the family that I was visiting and my children around the holidays. As you can imagine, especially if you read the other review posted, it was not at all speedy. With four people logged in before me on the computer kiosk, the estimated time of wait was listed at 54 minutes(I should have walked away right then). It was not even close, more like two hours! Trying to get past the lack of a human to greet or update you, I still had hopes that the nurse on duty behind the door may be friendly, wrong again. This may just go down as the worst sick visit that I ever had. There is nothing new or innovative here with this service. If anything, it is slower and just an opportunity for a know it all nurse to lecture you. Seriously...temp, blood pressure, the routine questions, and making sure my insurance was properly run was about the extent of the visit, and maybe all she cared about. Maybe this nurse was having a bad day, but she sure did ruined mine. Never taking the time to really listen to me and why I was there. Prescribing "over the counter" stuff that I had no intention of buying, yet she did not care. Places like this don't help the medical industry improve their image. I'm sorry that I wasted my insurance's money and my copay. Do yourself a favor and find a place that cares about why you are there, and they are willing to talk not lecture. read more

Went to the minute clinic when it opened at 8:30am today to hopefully get an appointment as a walk in for a routine illness. Got there, checked in with only one other person in front of me, it said the wait time would be 7 mins. The doctor did not show up until 8:45 and did not take the first patient until close to 9. Was waiting there for 2 hours, the store manager came over and asked if I had been seen yet. Said no, went over everything and asked her if there was a way to tell when I would be next after 4 people had been taken before me. She said no since the screen was down do to construction and eventually just walked away without proposing a solution to the problem or any type of customer service. Finally after 2.5 hours of waiting, as the doctor called someone else's name AGAIN I asked when I would go and she said 12. Had I known this I could have left and come back but there was no communication about when I would be seen around other appointment times even though the doctor walked past me on her way in and had to have seen me sitting there as she called all the other patients. After speaking to her I cancelled my spot in line and headed to another CVS location in Lansdale where the staff was much more organized, pleasant and got me in right away. Needless to say I will never be returning to the Chalfont CVS or minute clinic again after this experience. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients. I strongly recommend never using this location. I would take the time to drive to the other location before ever risking another day wasted in Chalfont. read more
