I had been using CVS Wrightstown but their Rx pricing was ever increasing and finally I called Jerry. the price for mt Rx was $90+ at CVS and $12 at Whitman , after insurance plan. This is my new go to place, even if the front of store stuff turns out to be a bit more expensive....which it may or may not be. Besides, it's nice to support local businesses, and i should have checked them out years ago.

Today, I stopped in to pick up a prescription and was disappointed once again by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. There was one person at the counseling window, one car at the drive-thru, three customers at the island, and no one actively at the main counter when I approached. The staff member abruptly shouted, "I CAN TAKE THE NEXT PERSON!"--with no greeting or acknowledgment. When I stepped forward, she immediately demanded, "LAST NAME. DATE OF BIRTH," without a single polite phrase or tone. I mentioned I was picking up three prescriptions. She bluntly responded, "There is only one," and made no effort to look further or offer assistance in checking for the others. There was no conversation, no attempt to be helpful--just short, clipped commands. At checkout, she barked, "SIGN THE PAD!" again with no pleasantries or basic customer courtesy. The transaction ended without even a "thank you" or any closing acknowledgment. With so many options now available--from online pharmacies to in-store services at Target and grocery chains--you'd expect CVS to prioritize customer experience. Unfortunately, this visit reflects a serious lack of care and training in customer interaction. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.

The clerk refused to help, telling me I had to call the other CVS and leave a message. After trying my best to do this online and being unsuccessful she pretty much said "oh well too bad". After showing her my attempt at doing rhis online and not getting an ounce of help I told her I'm not leaving until I get help. She angrily did it. I'll never use CVS again. Even the CVS rep at the other place said she was rude.

They told me they were just about to close for lunch and that I should come back in a half an hour. After sitting in the emergency room for 4 hours, I didn't want to drive home and come back. I made a fuss and they agreed to keep the script and enter it after lunch to save me a trip. While I was talking to them, the closing gate was coming down in front of my face, and the staff was staring at me as if I had lost my mind. There was no customer service and no compassion for what was going on with my family. This is the last script I will have filled at this location.

They answer the phone, I no longer wait for an hour (literally) and get disconnecte. The staff is wonderful and treat their customers with kindness and compassio. And just like the Wegmans's stores, amazing customer service!!! If you're using a giant corporate pharmacy and feel like a number, make the switch. You won't believe the difference. I would absolutely highly recommend Wegmans's pharmacy!!!!!

They've got a little bit of everything here as far as your medicine, vitamins, and basic pharmacy fares. They got a rather large selection of greeting cards.
