Walked back to the pharmacy area and…read moreafter asking where the boosters are given we were told in a cranky tone "you need an appointment" by the snippy girl behind the counter when we told them of our arrival. When I replied that we do have an appointment she immediately snapped "no you don't. There was also a black girl behind the counter who said loud enough for us to hear "they can wait I don't have time for them". I saw no one in line and no busy anything to speak of. She then in the crankiest manner said "oh you're at the other rite aid" and waved us off. These two should not be working behind any counter where they deal with people and have to be polite. This used to be the nicest Rite Aid to frequent and we would go there just because of the super nice pharmacist. No more!! The better way to offer proper customer service to customers might be to say oh you registered at the other rite aid but we would be happy to see you since we aren't busy at all. As a local hospital employee, I iplan to share this experience with as many as possible so others can avoid this inappropriate unprofessional mess behind your pharmacy counter. We did end up going to the "other" Rite Aid and were met with smiling faces and friendliness! Thank you to them! All was not lost for us but should be for you. Hire employees that are nice to the customers! Ditch these two crabs.

This store has gone down like many other Walmarts. The store has its share of stocking issues, but…read morethe real kicker for me is that for the past say 6 months or so, is that they don't take CASH $$$ at the self checkouts! You can still pay with cash where there is a cashier, but at times you are going to wait for people with full shopping carts of grocery...they say because of a "coin shortage".... okay maybe, but then just install a coin machine for people to cash in their change and they will get coins that way and also at all times keep a few self checkouts for cash purchases, but DO NOT shut them all down for cash payments! Maybe they are trying to go cashless or working with CC companies to push CC sales?

All sorts of trouble calling my doctor to call the duplicate script in because they can't transfer (although it's the same cvs system and they can individually view it). Ok. Come to find out there are 2 CVS's on West End Blvd, and when I attempted to call the original one who knew which cvs had medicine stocked , it was IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a person!!! I have never heard or had a time when I couldn't talk to my pharmacist. I couldn't inform the Doctor. My doctor finally left for the day and today was able to find out himself (staff) which pharmacy on the same Blvd to fax it to. I went to drive thru was given the med and a woman stood beside the clerk waiting on me, and snapped my picture. I talked myself out of this occurring, and realized she did. Why? Why wouldn't she ask for my license? Could she be forwarding it somewhere? It's got me a little uncomfortable, she didn't ask nor explain why. Maybe think twice when getting scheduled meds at CVS. I won't be dealing with them and will report to my insurance company.

The communication via their texting system is aweful and sends wrong information. Thanks to that they took my script back and now its expired but im in the wrong? ( it was filled before the expiration date). This woman should be fired over how nasty she was. She has long black hair. Now I wish I had gotten her name. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her.
