They never did. When I called, they said I would have to return it myself after waiting all day. I brought it back. They're open from 10 to 4 on Saturday. Only this time, they weren't. Maybe I should have called first but a sign on the door I took at face value. The pharmacy is 45 minutes away. It was the inconvenience of not getting the correct(non generic) drug in the first place that upset me.

When I replied that we do have an appointment she immediately snapped "no you don't. There was also a black girl behind the counter who said loud enough for us to hear "they can wait I don't have time for them". I saw no one in line and no busy anything to speak of. She then in the crankiest manner said "oh you're at the other rite aid" and waved us off. These two should not be working behind any counter where they deal with people and have to be polite. This used to be the nicest Rite Aid to frequent and we would go there just because of the super nice pharmacist. No more!! The better way to offer proper customer service to customers might be to say oh you registered at the other rite aid but we would be happy to see you since we aren't busy at all. As a local hospital employee, I iplan to share this experience with as many as possible so others can avoid this inappropriate unprofessional mess behind your pharmacy counter. We did end up going to the "other" Rite Aid and were met with smiling faces and friendliness! Thank you to them! All was not lost for us but should be for you. Hire employees that are nice to the customers! Ditch these two crabs.

You can still pay with cash where there is a cashier, but at times you are going to wait for people with full shopping carts of grocery...they say because of a "coin shortage".... okay maybe, but then just install a coin machine for people to cash in their change and they will get coins that way and also at all times keep a few self checkouts for cash purchases, but DO NOT shut them all down for cash payments! It did look like most people were ordering coffee but I did see other like fruit drinks/teas and / or smoothies as well as people ordering ice cream flights (yes, ice cream flights). Here's my story: I purchased a nebulizer at $49.99. It did not dispense the medicine properly. I called the number on the instructions and was given some suggestions on how to resolve the problem. The suggestions did not work. I called Rann and a woman told me that 'we have to find out why it doesn't work", among other expressions; giving me the distinct impression that they don't like to accept returns for defective items. However, she told me to bring it in when I had a chance. I did so. When I attempted to return this defective item, I was told that I had to have a receipt. I didn't recall receiving a receipt at time of purchase, but the receipt was on my credit card. They refused to accept a return. I took a picture of the nebulizer plus the clerk when I left the nebulizer at the store. They told me to take it with me. I told them they didn't understand the process for a dispute with my credit card. I told my credit card company as I am telling you, many stores today are refusing refunds on credit card purchases because they know many times the credit card company will refund the card holder but NEVER COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE EGREGIOUS COMPANY.
