The people that work at this CVS have got to be the most ignorant people that I've ever had to deal with. I think they all need to take a class in customer service. I live right around the corner so it's very convenient for me but I don't need to be treated with total disrespect so I'll be switching to another pharmacy, non CVS!! Normal??? , Yesterday, The cvs by my house was out of stock for my monthly medication. I had to ask them to call around to see if another cvs might have it. Yup. All sorts of trouble calling my doctor to call the duplicate script in because they can't transfer (although it's the same cvs system and they can individually view it). Ok. Come to find out there are 2 CVS's on West End Blvd, and when I attempted to call the original one who knew which cvs had medicine stocked , it was IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a person!!! I have never heard or had a time when I couldn't talk to my pharmacist. I couldn't inform the Doctor. My doctor finally left for the day and today was able to find out himself (staff) which pharmacy on the same Blvd to fax it to. I went to drive thru was given the med and a woman stood beside the clerk waiting on me, and snapped my picture. I talked myself out of this occurring, and realized she did. Why? Why wouldn't she ask for my license? Could she be forwarding it somewhere? It's got me a little uncomfortable, she didn't ask nor explain why. Maybe think twice when getting scheduled meds at CVS. I won't be dealing with them and will report to my insurance company. read more

The pharmacist is quite possibly one of the most nasty people i have had to deal with in a very long time. It is not her job to question what my service provider prescribes, nor is it her job to be rude and insulting to me when i am forced to provide justification for requesting a medicine that i get every month. Also, she could not be bothered to even look up past months for historic justification. I will be transferring to a different pharmacy (not CVS). read more

This particular pharmacy is severely lacking in good customer service. Having been in a busy customer service oriented business for the majority of my professional career, I don't suffer poor customer service with much grace. The pharmacy staff here has absolutely no training in how to resolve customer issues, and they will escalate adversarial interactions rather than diffuse them. A behavioral deficit that has only gotten worse since the Rite-Aid across the street closed. I admit I can be a difficult customer if I perceive I am receiving less than adequate service, and that only intensifies if they attempt to be equally, or more, difficult than I am being. The staff seem to be ill equipped to handle the increase demand that the Rite-Aid closing has placed on their pharmacy. I imagine if they continue operating as they currently are, and make no remediations, they will likely loose enough customers that the issue will resolve itself. read more

When my car battery died a nice young man that worked there was kind enough to jump my car battery instead of having me wait an hour or so for AAA to show up. So nice to have staff that care to help. read more

Not sure what has happened to this location but it has gone downhill for some time now. Wait times are very long picking up prescriptions , they close the drive- up window, and generally seem overtaxed by their workload. We all understand that hiring competent help is difficult but this isn't a restaurant it's a very large company in a very profitable healthcare industry and affiliated with Aetna one of the foremost medical insurance companies in the country. If they have more business than they can handle they should be making plans to restructure to serve all their customers. I've already moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy and hope that my wife follows suit. read more

Very rude at the Pharmacy counter. I was concerned about why it took so long to get a prescription. I was then scolded by the clerk on not wearing a mask. It was Covid medicine but not for me. So your clerk was out of line. He should not stick his nose in anyone's business. read more

Horrible experience here. Called before I went there to see if my script was ready. ---(I see a provider who only offers virtual visits. My former provider was in Doylestown and had retired. I've had meds for this for many years which CVS has record of. The new company has providers all over the USA but is based out of CA -Corporate Headquarters. ) ---A CVS staff member picked up the phone and immediately put me on hold. The pharmacist got on the line and her greeting was "what are you looking for?? " not even a hello how may I help you? I told her I have an RX that was sent to them. She snapped "well I received it but I'm not filling it. ...."okaaayyy why? I say" she then replies ....I don't fill prescriptions from California. Find yourself a doctor here!" First off how is who I see any of her business? ---Rude and snippy response. I didn't get into the fact that my provider IS in fact in PA AND a licensed practitioner. HOME BASE is in Cali. Silly hasty lady. So I asked why they filled my script last month at that very same CVS with no problems and she said "my intern did that and shouldn't have!" I asked if I should have my provider call and speak to her and she again snapped "well why would you do that because it's not going to change my mind!" I wasn't up for a fight and said "ok thank you bye" nothing more. I called my provider and she said transfer to another pharmacy! ...or do home delivery through True Pill. Why deal with a pharmacist who is that rude and callous and highly suspicious maybe? of patients. She clearly made many assumptions of me. I'm a 53 year old responsible professional not an irresponsible drug seeker but I hung up the phone feeling bad about it anyway when I should not have! This was not MY issue! You need to replace this lady. She is the older nasty gray haired female pharmacist there that always seems to be having a bad day and is over stressed and can't handle the pressure so she shows it. Every time you go there it seems like you are walking into the middle of an issue they are having. I am writing a letter to corporate headquarters this evening. No one should be made to feel how she made me feel. I did hang up letting her think she had the upper hand however. I'm not arguing with you lady.you aren't the only pharmacy in town. The better more professional way to have handled this was to first and foremost be polite to me and then maybe check the providers credentials first before snapping out your ridiculous and incorrect hypothesis in such a nasty and incorrect way. She didn't want to explain anything to me or even talk to me about it and I FELT that. I work at a local hospital here and believe me when I say I know good customer service. This surely was not. Her manner was extremely unprofessional, hurtful and uncalled for. Cut your losses and choose another pharmacy! Ps-- I had no problems with getting my script filled elsewhere! Nor will I in the future. I will have all of my scripts transferred to Another pharmacy and will never return to CVS. Also I will tell anyone and everyone of my poor treatment and the rudeness by this pharmacist there. read more

By far the absolute worst in customer service. Especially the pharmacy. Went in the store with my script and told my prescription will be in and ready by 5pm next business day. Well that time came and went. I received an update from them earlier that day that my prescription was being filled and will be ready very shortly. Well, I went to the pharmacy, only to be told by a very rude, arrogant tech that my prescription never arrived. I questioned why, only to br yelled at and being told to shut the hell up and he'll try to help me,. Needless to say, I was quite angry and demanded my script back. He then told me he didn't have it. Then after 10 minutes, located it and three it at me. He first told me it was digital, which it wasn't. He didn't even offer to find substitutions. All I know is that I vow to never shop at this CVS ever. They have lost me permanently as a customer and complained to their regional manager. Hopefully they will have sense to terminate this individual. read more

This is by far my favorite cvs, (I will only shop at one other one in Perkasie) but QUakertown is by far the best. Everything is always in stock and if it's not on the shelf, the employees are happy to check in the back for you. Everything always looks nice, clean and organized & the employees are super knowledgable about where things are located in the store If you can't find something. They'll even gladly show you where it is. I personally love to use coupons and EVERY SINGLE employee is happy to help if one of the coupons isn't working. All the employees are great, but specifically Mark has been extremely helpful lately when I'm ready to check out. He's always super polite & smiling. As I said before all of the employees are like this though. I'll be happy to continue to shop there. PLUS this cvs specifically has the cheapest prices of all the ones in the area.
