Every employee here is AMAZING!. If there's an issue with your script it's not the "its your problem" like the chain pharmacies, they actually will take the time to help sort it out. This is how pharmacies should be, small town, personal service with kindness and compassion. You are NOT a number here. This little shop is more then a pharmacy also, there is an array of everything here from typically pharmacy stuff to local candies, American made gifts and even a jewelry counter, its the most adorable little shop! Always a home town feel, this is family owned and it shows. The owner is always there working side by side and although I've never dealt with him, its apparent he cares about his business. Joel has been such an incredible help over the years, in fact i followed him here from his previous pharmacy, he's that amazing. if there's an issue, he will let me know and help me sort it. He's always incredibly kind, super knowledgeable and always professional, I'm so grateful for all you've done to help me. Courtney is always a pleasure, always upbeat and will always take time to answer your question, she's a wealth of knowledge this one and an effervescent personality i love. Here's my story: I purchased a nebulizer at $49.99. It did not dispense the medicine properly. I called the number on the instructions and was given some suggestions on how to resolve the problem. The suggestions did not work. I called Rann and a woman told me that 'we have to find out why it doesn't work", among other expressions; giving me the distinct impression that they don't like to accept returns for defective items. However, she told me to bring it in when I had a chance. I did so. When I attempted to return this defective item, I was told that I had to have a receipt. I didn't recall receiving a receipt at time of purchase, but the receipt was on my credit card. They refused to accept a return. I took a picture of the nebulizer plus the clerk when I left the nebulizer at the store. They told me to take it with me. I told them they didn't understand the process for a dispute with my credit card. I told my credit card company as I am telling you, many stores today are refusing refunds on credit card purchases because they know many times the credit card company will refund the card holder but NEVER COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE EGREGIOUS COMPANY.
