Here's my story: I purchased a nebulizer at $49.99. It did not dispense the medicine properly. I called the number on the instructions and was given some suggestions on how to resolve the problem. The suggestions did not work. I called Rann and a woman told me that 'we have to find out why it doesn't work", among other expressions; giving me the distinct impression that they don't like to accept returns for defective items. However, she told me to bring it in when I had a chance. I did so. When I attempted to return this defective item, I was told that I had to have a receipt. I didn't recall receiving a receipt at time of purchase, but the receipt was on my credit card. They refused to accept a return. I took a picture of the nebulizer plus the clerk when I left the nebulizer at the store. They told me to take it with me. I told them they didn't understand the process for a dispute with my credit card. I told my credit card company as I am telling you, many stores today are refusing refunds on credit card purchases because they know many times the credit card company will refund the card holder but NEVER COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE EGREGIOUS COMPANY.

I get there and sorry - no refills left on the prescription and we don't call the doctor. Then why didn't you call me OR not send the messages that the prescription was ready? I can't skip doses! Since it was sold, the customer service has gone way downhill. I am now looking for a new pharmacy. Always an issue with them filling my prescriptions.

Not to mention, free prescription and OTC product delivery and walk-in flu, covid, shingles and other shots/vaccinations are all available without an appointment or long (even brief) wait. Giant's Hatfield location is a complete disaster. I strongly advise against visiting this store. I…read moreused to be a loyal customer, but this visit was the final straw. The most frustrating thing is the constant presence of expired products on the shelves. You have to be extremely vigilant when checking the dates on everything you buy. The produce section is a joke--rotten produce is everywhere, and gnats are crawling all over the place. It's a nightmare to find fresh meat that hasn't expired the day before. And here's the kicker: despite the pictures showing no registers open on a Sunday morning at 8:30 am. It's all self-checkout, and the line is so long that it's impossible to scan items without the register sending an alert. I had a full cart, and it was a nightmare trying to scan each item individually without an employee to assist me. Meanwhile you have 25+ employees around the store fulfilling online pickup orders, two employees filling the lottery machine, and no one in customer service. How do you operate a grocery store with checkout lanes closed on the busiest day of the week on a Sunday at 8:30am? I ended up going to ShopRite down the road because Giant either didn't have the item I was looking for or the product was expired. To my surprise, ShopRite had five registers open, and the produce looked much fresher. Plus, the items I was looking for were not expired.
