I knew nothing about them, but the owner (manager?) helped me choose one, advising that I could get a long lasting e-cig for just a little bit more than the ones designed to last only 24 hours. He was out of menthol starter kits, however, so he sold me a non-menthol starter kit and a menthol replacement pack for a few dollars off. The battery was dead when I removed it from the packaging (it's supposed to come fully charged), so I knew something was wrong immediately. Over the next week or so, I noticed that the e-cig's charge was shorter and shorter, until finally, fewer than 2 weeks after purchase, the battery stopped charging altogether. I returned to the store and an employee told me it's a 24 hour e-cig. No, it isn't. The owner came out and said I had to contact the manufacturer. I replied that I didn't want my money back, just a new battery to replace the defective one. He said if he gave me a new battery, "I will lose money." What about ME losing money?? Next he implied that I was lying, because "No one has ever had this trouble before." I told him I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card, he shrugged. I did call the manufacturer, told them how awful this man represented them and they did send a replacement battery. I will keep using the product, but will never set foot in that store again.
