I knew nothing about them, but the owner (manager?) helped me choose one, advising that I could get a long lasting e-cig for just a little bit more than the ones designed to last only 24 hours. He was out of menthol starter kits, however, so he sold me a non-menthol starter kit and a menthol replacement pack for a few dollars off. The battery was dead when I removed it from the packaging (it's supposed to come fully charged), so I knew something was wrong immediately. Over the next week or so, I noticed that the e-cig's charge was shorter and shorter, until finally, fewer than 2 weeks after purchase, the battery stopped charging altogether. I returned to the store and an employee told me it's a 24 hour e-cig. No, it isn't. The owner came out and said I had to contact the manufacturer. I replied that I didn't want my money back, just a new battery to replace the defective one. He said if he gave me a new battery, "I will lose money." What about ME losing money?? Next he implied that I was lying, because "No one has ever had this trouble before." I told him I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card, he shrugged. I did call the manufacturer, told them how awful this man represented them and they did send a replacement battery. I will keep using the product, but will never set foot in that store again.

This is an offbrand Vape juice and you're charging an astronomical amount 60 mL. I said if this wasn't an emergency I'd walk right out of here due to that price. They said well on your next visit you'll get 10% off. I will never walk into that store again... An offbrand juice for $31. THEY ARE OUT OF THEIR MIND!!!

Vapeflow has been my favorite place to shop, make friends, and learn about vaping for 2 years now. I once only knew what the basics where, but as I tried to quite smoking again I decided to learn a lot more about the products too also help better myself, my wallet, and gain a hobby in the process. The manager John has answered thousands of questions from me and I still have one almost everyday. There is always new stuff coming out and more to learn everyday, which is why vaping makes such a great hobby and a social event. I can now build some coils, know which juices are my flavor base, and knowing the theory of how a device will function. Vapeflow always tries to help you out, make sure you leave with a smile, and it's a great place to escape with vape competitions, tricks, or just hanging out with the regulars! Been visiting this town for sometime. I vape so i need my juices. I found this spot. Pretty cool gig. Used to be a stupid smoke shop but tides have changed. The thing that impressed me was there juice line. Every spot that i have been around town tried to sell house juice. This spot carries almost 50 freaking brands and every day something new pops up. After work i like to vape at this spot & shoot emails on mac. A guy named john is pretty cool. I get my coils done here from time to time. Good atmosphere. Final verdict :- Price is nice Staff is cool Gig is crisp Juice line is huge & fantastic. My fav spot here. read more

Terrible customer service. The one guy with the short hair oversells you and is rude. Coils made by him are garbage. The younger dude just sits all day and doesn't even get up to help just sits and talks all day. They are no help. Their juice is never all in at the same time either. I figured I needed a new hobby/obsession that I could waste $ on and this seemed perfect. the Tinder Box has been in the same location at this shopping plaza for many years now so they must be doing something right. on my stop in there a few days ago, I got excellent service and advice from the young gentleman that was working the counter, I wish I could recall his name. anyway he showed me the ropes and pointed out what he felt were quality, mild-bodied smokes for $5 or less, and he threw in a free cutter. score! of course, there is the ginormous Cigars International store nearby is supposed to be Mecca for cigar aficionados, so I think I will be making a stop there soon.
