Bought a vape here and in less than a month it just stopped working called the shop to ask about exchanges or to ask for some help the employee said he just couldn't help, and that they couldn't do anything for me! If you are inexperienced and need help, this is NOT the place for you. Prior to going to the store I spoke to them about looking for an eleaf mini stick for cannabis vaping. They explained that they no longer carry them and had a much better alternative that provides all the features I want and more. Namely, adjustable strength, display showing battery power and error messages. At the store, the man that takes care of me says they only have pens, but it will provide what I am looking for. I purchase and leave as there are at least 3 people waiting for service and he is the only one in the store, so I feel the need to hurry up. I am an older person who uses cannabis for my medically issues. I have limited knowledge of these products, and so I like the familiar. The pen does NOT have the features I am looking for and in fact I am not quite sure how to use it and there are no instructions. I attempted to return it the next day in the original package and I am told he can't, but will show me something else to take more of my money! BEWARE read more

I just moved back to Allentown after living in Florida for 12 years and needed a new vape shop. After checking a few out I found that there was only two shops worthy of going to and the other one is kinda a pain in the ass to go to if you need something quick. I've been stopping in here for vape liquid and they had A LOT! They let me try whatever I wanted and found a few I liked. I personally am not fond of their mods as they don't have any cheaper but yet reputable company's. Kangor, Smok, E-leaf, aspire etc... after buying a bottle of liquid I purchased a dry herb vape. It didn't work from the start and I went back in the store and met the owner. He was a very nice guy and exchanged it for a much better vape for no cost. I will continue to go there but like I mentioned the only things I would change is possibly adding more mods and tanks. I will leave a 5 star review because of customer service and choice of vape liquids. Especially since I don't feel the other comments left that wrote poor customer service gave them a chance. read more

I can honestly state that this place is GREAT! I get greeted as soon as I walk through the door. Everyone is very personable. They all are so willing to help and they do. I have no problem receiving help when I need it, and since I don't know anything about the products, they are extremely patient with me in explaining everything. I've never had a problem with any of their products. The problem I had was due to my own ignorance placing the liquid in the wrong place of my vape pen. I went to the store and a nice gentlemen took a look at it, told me I burned out the coil, and fixed it for me in 2 seconds! Now that's customer service! They have a huge variety of liquid, but I personally would like to see more vape pens in the store. Awesome place, I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

I'm gonna start by saying I downloaded Yelp to leave The Vaping Oasis a review because of how terrible the service was. Been going there for almost 6 months and they couldn't serve me because my ID was expired even tho the guy served me multiple times before. Plus I was there only to pick up a coil and they made a big deal about it. Skinny guy with long hair and glasses and chubby dude with gauges can both lick my left nut. And on top of it they all just suck. Please do not give this place your business. Love this place! Great selection of flavors and products, always something new to check out. Most of the staff are knowledgeable about their products and impressive how they can tell you what every single flavor tastes like! I say "most" because the staff at this location isn't what it used to be. First time I walked in there, Dan greeted me like a long lost friend and spent time explaining how the tasting process worked and was very attentive and helpful. All of the original staff were just as awesome. The new kids, not so much. They don't seem to understand what working a retail job means. Not interested in even acknowledging your presence much less try to sell you anything. Especially dude with the gauges his ears, he seriously acts like he's hanging out in his buddy's basement, not at a job. I have gone in there and sat there ignored for a good several minutes (even after he made eye contact) and listened to him be insulting and condescending to customers that weren't considered his friends, all while sitting on his behind. I try to get out of there as quickly as possible now if the original GOOD staff aren't there. Besides the "I don't wanna grow up" employees, everything else about this place is great and highly recommended! UPDATE I have been back once since my review was written and my one negative issue had been acknowledged. Thanks management for that!
