I like incense, and I was going as far as Easton to get the brand I liked. Then my husband found it in here, which is five minutes from home. And when they were low on cinnamon, I mentioned it to the guys behind the counter, and they had it the next time I went in. Nice when someone actually listens to feedback. Their price is also the lowest I have found in the area. I also found a brand of herbal "cigarettes" (they are really called dhoompan) that is only sold from one place on the West Coast. I thought the smoke shop might look into getting them because they are a healthier (and better smelling!) substitute for cigarettes. I have bought my friend some to help her quit. Anyway, I showed the pic of the package to them, and I have no doubt I'll go in there and find them one of these days! And they are open at 8:00 am on Sunday!! read more

When u sell something 6 for $100, then charge $25 a piece the next time I visit (the same week), it makes u look greedy and like a scam artist. THAT IS OVER A 50% MARKUP. $16.66 (50% is 8.33). 16.66+8.33=24.99. And ur over that. OVER 50% MARKUP IN 2 DAYS. Poor business. read more

Went in bought a water bong as a gift for someone. Ended up that the person already had something very similar and no longer wanted. Being the person being gifted was my brother he told me to just get my money back and don't worry about it. I emailed them and asked about bringing it back in to get my money back. Since everything is wrapped up in the bubble wrap we left the store with one would think that within 24hrs this would be a non issue. When they emailed me back a couple hours later they tell me nope once it leaves the store no refund. Only would allow me to get a gift card. Would be lovely if this was on the display cases where the products are or made known at the register. I've purchased quite a few things from here over the last 10 years and always recommended, I can no longer recommend them as a place to shop. This is why businesses lose customers over ridiculous policies such as this. It isn't a customized product, a clearance item, or an item they ordered for me just something off the shelf. I buy from this place a lot but never paid attention to them overcharging me til one day something told me to look up how much is the product they are selling me, only to find out the oil was $39.99 but this store sells it for $65. Smh never again read more

This location does not carry cigars or cigar accessories. It is very misleading that it is the highest rated cigar shop in Yelp. It focuses on vaping products and oils. It should be clear that this is not a traditional tobacco/cigar shop. read more

Nice enough staff but not very knowledgeable about vaping products and what to recommend. Very expensive when compared to other shops. When I pay a premium for any product, I expect the staff to know about the products and be able to tell me the differences between differ set ups and why I should buy one over another. If it's convenient and you do your own research before hand, I'm sure they're happy enough to take your dollar. read more

This location has little to no cigars they do have gas station cigars like swisher sweet and Dutch Masters but not anything a cigar smoker would really like. read more

This place is crap. I drove 45 minutes to buy a concentrate mod and when I got home I tried to use it. It didn't work. I watched review videos online and and nomatter what I did it didn't work properly. I had multiple people try it out. I called and said I was having an issue with it and can I come return it. They said yes. Upon getting there he changed his tune. Played with it and said it still works but will offer me half off the cheaper one. So he wants me to spend another 40 dollars on top of 140 I already spent. Then he says I can't return it because it's used. How else are we supposed to know if it works if we do not use it? This guy is a joke. His father ran this place much better and was such a better business man. This place is crap. I'll never go back. And I'm always in that area. read more

I have been vaping for a while and bought everything from this place. I stopped for almost a year. Went there and got a not so expensive vap and got it home and it leaked. Called and told them and they said come in and let's take a look. Well apparently it must be from the filter which I know it wasn't. I tried the next one and it continues to leak. Not their problem and I don't get a refund or an exchange for another. 40 bucks down the drain. Not sure what happened to that place but apparently they don't care about their customers. This was a great experience. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, willing to explain things comma and the shop was clean. There was a lot of varieties, many flavors, and other additional products. My bf bought the brain fogger, and it was really nice to be able to take the product out of the package, do an actual inspection, and have someone explain it. A staff member also changed his coil, which was such excellent customer service. The prices were great and the product is awesome. This is a great shop. read more

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, prices are good, selection for vap juice is huge, fun little smoke corner hang out room and you can also go in test out new flavors for free. I would highly recommend. read more
