If you have your insurance through the LVHN network then either this location or the Health Spectrum location at Cedar Crest are in essence the only two places in the LV you can go to get prescriptions filled.
Mercifully, compared to the Cedar Crest location this Health Spectrum is never that busy that you need to wait more than 15-20 minutes and the staff here is far friendlier and knowledgeable because they can actually take the time to talk with you instead of running a pharmaceutical drive thru window.
Along with getting your scrips filled they also have everything that you would expect to find at a CVS or Walgreen's and it's all priced to the moon just the same.
While you wait they also are attached to the gift shop where you can look at all of the overpriced trinkets and junk that no one would even think of buying until you are in a hospital gift shop or if you are under the age of 80.
But overall if you indeed are forced to go to a HSP this is the location to go to as the staff is friendly, the wait times are not bad, and the parking is fairly close. What more can you ask from an outpatient hospital pharmacy? read more
