I decided to give it a try, because I take many prescriptions. ​It didn't work for me. Some came in the packets, but then I got some bottled scripts too. This was supposed to be easier on me. After I cancelled I got a bill over $600. There went Christmas im sad to say. Granted I was the one who tried it, but still my Grandkids aren't getting gifts. $600 or more on SS caused great hardship. I'm still trying to pay it off. Such a shame. This business doesn't do what you ask them to do. I asked them not to send my medications anymore, three times, and I got another call on my answering machine, they want me to call them back, again, to verify I don't want them to send my medications. If you change to select rx your doctor won't refill your meds because select rx "filled them" so they told my mom who needed her insulin and medication that she could basically go fuck herself and figure it out. This company coerces and confuses patients to "agree" not really knowing what they are agreeing to. They also tell the patients the insurances company, United HealthCare, wants them to transfer. The patient can tell them they do not want to transfer and they just continue to harrass patients, pharmacies and doctors for precriptions. We have refused transfers due to patient requesting we not transfer them, and they go behind the patient request and contact the doctor. The two patients that were transferred with permission came back within two months because it was such a nightmare for them. This place coerces seniors and dual-eligible patients into signing up for a service that they do not understand. Of the 10 or so patients they have tried to take from my pharmacy not a single patient wanted to leave or could even remember authorizing them to transfer their prescriptions. We are very unhappy with this service. We should never have tried SelectRX. They cannot even manage to get all of your meds to you at once. My husband is very dependent upon some meds and he is on day 5 of being without the meds. We've called a few times to find out where the meds are and we were basically told to just wait. We stressed how important this was from the beginning. I see other reviews here reporting the same thing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - you will regret it. Service depends on who answers the call. One or two workers are helpful, but more are rude and not at all helpful. Billing is an issue. My insurance deductible is $350 annually. Tier 3 medications are $131 each for 3 months. I have received 2 bills, one for $250 and one for $453. It is only April. Even the convenience of the service is compromised as sometimes all the medications are delivered and sometimes they are not. I am leaving Select RX and I am not recommending it to everyone that I know. Everything could improve. Employees need customer service training, telephone etiquette training, whoever or whatever packages the medications must assure that they are correct and complete. Perhaps the Employees need better treatment and a better working environment. Maybe SelectRX needs to be audited by CMS or a pharmacy reviewer to assure that service is more than adequate. read more

I always try have a month of extra medicine. I do this by missing a dose every once and a while. while I'm sure that no doctor would recommend this, I find it necessary since I drive a tractor trailer and while I'm usually home every week sometimes I can be gone for up to 3 weeks. So I started Select Rx with a one month supply ahead. I told Select Rx my medications and how I wanted them separated (AM, PM, day, etc.). After the first delivery many of my medications were in the wrong packages causing me to have to dump all the medications on my desk, identify them online and separate them myself. This remained a common problem no matter how many times I called to straighten it out. A few months they missed a medication. What caused me to quit them was, they missed a medication I called them up and they said they would send it out. They didn't. So I called them again and they said they would send it out and again they didn't. So I called them up again and they said that it was now too close to the next fill so they would not be sending it. Thankfully I had a month in reserve but, now I had an incomplete month in reserve. I told them if they could not send me the medications I needed I did not need them ( Select Rx) and I wanted to return the incomplete box/month and needed a refund for it. They said they could not accept the box back because I had opened it. I told them I would not pay for an incomplete box when all they had to do was send the right meds if not in the box then at least when I called and informed them of the issue. Well over one year later they are still sending me a bill for the order that they screwed up. I have news for them, they will NEVER get paid! My advice is simple CVS or another pharmacy but stay away from Select Rx. read more

My husband takes anti seizure medication evry morning and every night, he cannot miss a dose, Select RX never gets his meds to him on time, they constantly let him run out and I AM scrambeling taking him to the Urgent care or calling his doc for an emergency presciption because select Rx cant get it right. Don't use this Co. the billing department charges your account excessively. within 3 mos the Co charged my account 6 times. when I tried getting my money back... the hardest time I'm currently experiencing!!!! I'm so frustrated & disappointed because it would be helpful to receive your prescriptions delivered. Oh & they dropped several of my prescriptions, which then had to be authorized by my Dr of course, then when that was confirmed... it still takes weeks to get the correction script mailed. I was told that my medication would be mailed out on January 2nd 2025!, I am a dual transplant recipient and needed my anti rejection medications. NEVER RECEIVED Them! it is now January 30th. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I had to get my Doctor to call and cancel the order with them. He called the necessary medications to Walmart Pharmacy and I was able to get them the next day. I decided to try a few months ago, I am now about out of my 3rd medication even though I called them and requested them.

They are terrible! They sent one prescription in packs, like I was told all my medication would be, so I could take them by the day. That was a 90 days suppl, so that was good. They sent my inhale, and two other prescriptions, fine again. It was put in packs by the day, but that was ok. It went all downhill from there. I'm a diabetic and I had a stroke and I've yet to get my other medicatio. I have body cramps all over, from the stroke. Never got my medication from Select RX. I had to call my doctor to call them in again back to my old pharmacy. When I called they kept saying I would get them, they were route. Two weeks after the doctor called the prescriptions in, I got a delivery notification it would be delivered by November 24th. I called my doctor and am getting them from my old pharmacy. I only switched because I thought getting them by mail would be easier and they said the medication would be sorted out in pack by the day. I am so sorry I switched to Select RX. I've been a patient of Select RX for approximately 7 months. Every month for one reason or another, they had to scramble to send my meds on time. This resulted in them having to send my meds overnight. So recently they stopped sending overnight. They expected me to pay for the overnight, when they were in fault of the meds being late. During my very stressful time at Select RX, I had to hand hold them through every step, one side didn't know what the other side was doing. They would have my prescription for days and they didn't know it. Instead of telling you the truth, they will lie. They even lied to my doctor to make themselves look good, and me look bad.
