I guess she could not locate or see the other stores availability of medication nor attempted to find another option. That is suppose to be the customers job to do. Switched to CVS pharmacy instead. A bigger chain of pharmacies and had no problems doing the leg work and calling Walgreens to transfer everything over. Did not ask me to do it for them. Walgreens officially lost my business. I showed them the FAQ page on GoodRX that specifically said they honor pet prescriptions. I asked if they would at least check to see if it worked, so they tried the coupon and arrogantly handed it back to me and said it didn't. When I tried to understand why, they acted totally disgusted and said "it just doesn't." When I asked why they were speaking to me so abruptly, the pharmacist stepped in and explained that I needed a specific number from the vet on the prescription. What she didn't tell me was that all she had to do was call my vet to get that number. It was almost like they were determined to prove me wrong and taking pleasure in it. After feeling defeated and tired of the fight, I went to the Rite Aid on Broad St and the pharmacist there went above and beyond to help me communicate with my vet and get the required information so that I could use my coupon.

The Horsham location has some of the same brands this store carries but they're always out of stock. They're getting one star improvement for their variety of apparel. However the entire apparel team was standing and doing absolutely nothing but talking while the floor definitely needed help. "Discriminatiion" would be not allowing someone to work the floor becayuse they have a limp or other impairment that does not impair their ability to do the job but they are told you can;t be on floor because you limp. etc. You dont hire a lifeguard who can;t swim because that would be discrimination. For example, I got into a car accident, and I have been using my auto insurance for my medications. However, that requires prior authorization. There are times when I come to pick up the medications but they tell me that they never got that authorization so I have to wait sometimes up to a week for that essential medication. Another example was when they failed miserably to do their part when it came to dealing with this acne medication called accutane. They told us that we had to call insurance to get it sorted out, when in the end, it was actually the pharmacy's fault. They never apologize for the mistakes that they make and for wasting our time. I only come here because it is convenient. If you are looking for a pharmacy, avoid this place.
