I went in looking for an ankle brace and the pharmacists immediately asked if I needed help and got someone to come onto the floor to help measure me for an ankle brace with a tape measure. She gave me two different sizes to try and helped me pick an appropriate option for my injury. She let me try them on and test which one worked best for me. Overall, I had a great experience here and they do have a lot of medical supplies more than your average drug store. I definitely can not recommend them enough due to their kindness and willingness to help. If I lived in town I would for sure make this my regular pharmacy.

I showed them the FAQ page on GoodRX that specifically said they honor pet prescriptions. I asked if they would at least check to see if it worked, so they tried the coupon and arrogantly handed it back to me and said it didn't. When I tried to understand why, they acted totally disgusted and said "it just doesn't." When I asked why they were speaking to me so abruptly, the pharmacist stepped in and explained that I needed a specific number from the vet on the prescription. What she didn't tell me was that all she had to do was call my vet to get that number. It was almost like they were determined to prove me wrong and taking pleasure in it. After feeling defeated and tired of the fight, I went to the Rite Aid on Broad St and the pharmacist there went above and beyond to help me communicate with my vet and get the required information so that I could use my coupon.

They answer the phone, I no longer wait for an hour (literally) and get disconnecte. The staff is wonderful and treat their customers with kindness and compassio. And just like the Wegmans's stores, amazing customer service!!! If you're using a giant corporate pharmacy and feel like a number, make the switch. You won't believe the difference. There are times when I come to pick up the medications but they tell me that they never got that authorization so I have to wait sometimes up to a week for that essential medication. Another example was when they failed miserably to do their part when it came to dealing with this acne medication called accutane. They told us that we had to call insurance to get it sorted out, when in the end, it was actually the pharmacy's fault. They never apologize for the mistakes that they make and for wasting our time.
