I don't quite know what else one would expect when visiting a rite aid, cvs, or Walgreens. Although…read moreI prefer cvs for my basic needs, this rite aid is in a very convenient place and does an adequate job. Inside it is clean, bright, well organized and the staff is as friendly as I expect them to be in a pharmacy. There is not much else to say unfortunately, but as of now I have had no bad experiences. I feel indifferent about this rite aid, which is how it should be

Totally rude staff at this pharmacy. My cat requires an asthma treatment using a human inhaler, and…read moreI made several attempts to fill her pricey prescription using a GoodRX coupon which they insisted I couldn't because she was a pet. I showed them the FAQ page on GoodRX that specifically said they honor pet prescriptions. I asked if they would at least check to see if it worked, so they tried the coupon and arrogantly handed it back to me and said it didn't. When I tried to understand why, they acted totally disgusted and said "it just doesn't." When I asked why they were speaking to me so abruptly, the pharmacist stepped in and explained that I needed a specific number from the vet on the prescription. What she didn't tell me was that all she had to do was call my vet to get that number. It was almost like they were determined to prove me wrong and taking pleasure in it. After feeling defeated and tired of the fight, I went to the Rite Aid on Broad St and the pharmacist there went above and beyond to help me communicate with my vet and get the required information so that I could use my coupon.

Still think this Walmart is super dingy and creepy HOWEVER their clothing section offers way more…read morethan the warrington or Warminster locations. The Horsham location has some of the same brands this store carries but they're always out of stock. They're getting one star improvement for their variety of apparel. However the entire apparel team was standing and doing absolutely nothing but talking while the floor definitely needed help. Not good to see that many employees standing - meanwhile one of the presumed managers kept yelling at someone stocking candy at the checkout lanes. Oh and the guest service went really quickly. Not my usual Walmart but if I need clothes I'll be sure to stop here!

No its ensuring customers cant get assist they need. "Discriminatiion" would be not allowing someone to work the floor becayuse they have a limp or other impairment that does not impair their ability to do the job but they are told you can;t be on floor because you limp. etc. You dont hire a lifeguard who can;t swim because that would be discrimination. Sent complaint to Walmart "ethics" Told them 3 aself described "managers"\said it was "discrimination" if these ppl who can;t speak the language, and therefore can;t do the job not given job of speaking to customers. Ethics informed me they would talk to store manager about this but since one of the managers had called me and IDed sefl as store manager what help would that be? (One manager told me in loud voice, in order to imply to other customers standing in line, that "They're people, they're equal" kept repeating that and loudly despite my never saying anything absent they need to be able to answer customers' questions. Ethics didnt seem to have an issue with her doing that) I sent complaint to top Walmart person in corporate and never received reply.) Shame on Walmart!
