I was prescribed a blood thinner after an ER visit. I went to get the prescription the next day and was told - sorry we don't have Eliquis and it won't be in until tomorrow - WHAT???? I can't skip doses! Since it was sold, the customer service has gone way downhill. I am now looking for a new pharmacy. Always an issue with them filling my prescriptions.

This is the customer service of giant food market pharmacy. I have encountered rudeness behavior over 10 times. I talked to the other pharmacist there and they also said he is rude and something needs to be done. I noticed it only happens with black people. I set there and paid attention to him while in line, and again his patience gets extremely thin when another race approaches the counter.
