I went in looking for an ankle brace and the pharmacists immediately asked if I needed help and got someone to come onto the floor to help measure me for an ankle brace with a tape measure. She gave me two different sizes to try and helped me pick an appropriate option for my injury. She let me try them on and test which one worked best for me. Overall, I had a great experience here and they do have a lot of medical supplies more than your average drug store. I definitely can not recommend them enough due to their kindness and willingness to help. If I lived in town I would for sure make this my regular pharmacy.

The clerk refused to help, telling me I had to call the other CVS and leave a message. After trying my best to do this online and being unsuccessful she pretty much said "oh well too bad". After showing her my attempt at doing rhis online and not getting an ounce of help I told her I'm not leaving until I get help. She angrily did it. I'll never use CVS again. Even the CVS rep at the other place said she was rude.

Customer Service Sadly Lacking! After spending 4 hours in…read morethe emergency room with my husband who was in terrible pain, I attempted to drop his script off at CVS pharmacy. They told me they were just about to close for lunch and that I should come back in a half an hour. After sitting in the emergency room for 4 hours, I didn't want to drive home and come back. I made a fuss and they agreed to keep the script and enter it after lunch to save me a trip. While I was talking to them, the closing gate was coming down in front of my face, and the staff was staring at me as if I had lost my mind. There was no customer service and no compassion for what was going on with my family. This is the last script I will have filled at this location.

Still, helpful to have competition in town (Acme, Giant and Weis' are pretty much it - you can go to Warrington for Wegman's).
