WORST PHARMACY EVER. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I've been trying to get one of my…read moremedications for over three weeks. I've spent multiple hours on the phone with the pharmacy, only to be told that my medication isn't covered (it IS) and that none of the pharmacies in the area have it or any generic even in stock. I was assured that they would keep in touch and make this right, but I have had to call on multiple occasions over the past three+ weeks because they failed to contact me. Today, the head pharmacist gave me attitude simply because I was frustrated with how long I've been trying to get my medication and how difficult they've made the process. I am disabled and have very limited mobility. The 160 South Main St. location is the closest to my home, which is the only reason I use it. Today, my partner pulled into the drive-through at 4:55. They close at 5:00, and there was only one car in front of him. When he pulled up to the window at 4:58, they had already closed it. At 5:02, I called the store and spoke with one of the front-of-store managers, who told me that they had already cashed out the pharmacy drawer and that no cars were waiting in the drive-through--an obvious lie, as I was texting with my partner and saw his location at exactly that time. I have countless other examples of why this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. Previously, I've had Schedule II medications stolen on multiple occasions, which I reported to the store and to the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy. Management has changed so many times since then. The head pharmacist is RUDE and doesn't seem to care at all about ensuring patients receive their medications on time. I've heard many similar stories from other people. Without our medications, we can get very sick; some of us have ended up in the emergency room because this pharmacy failed to fill our prescriptions when needed. If you have experienced anything like this here, I urge you to share your story as well. If possible, find a different pharmacy to save yourself the frustration and the risks associated with a pharmacy doesn't prioritize the health and well-being of their patients

Review for CVS - S. Main Street, Doylestown…read more Customer service at this location has been inconsistent for over a year, but unfortunately, it seems to be steadily declining. Today, I stopped in to pick up a prescription and was disappointed once again by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. There was one person at the counseling window, one car at the drive-thru, three customers at the island, and no one actively at the main counter when I approached. The staff member abruptly shouted, "I CAN TAKE THE NEXT PERSON!"--with no greeting or acknowledgment. When I stepped forward, she immediately demanded, "LAST NAME. DATE OF BIRTH," without a single polite phrase or tone. I mentioned I was picking up three prescriptions. She bluntly responded, "There is only one," and made no effort to look further or offer assistance in checking for the others. There was no conversation, no attempt to be helpful--just short, clipped commands. At checkout, she barked, "SIGN THE PAD!" again with no pleasantries or basic customer courtesy. The transaction ended without even a "thank you" or any closing acknowledgment. With so many options now available--from online pharmacies to in-store services at Target and grocery chains--you'd expect CVS to prioritize customer experience. Unfortunately, this visit reflects a serious lack of care and training in customer interaction. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.
