Really a well run store. The fact that they keep the store so clean is extremely important to me as I am normally buying some type of quick snack whenever I run in there. The store was renovated several years ago and it has certainly been kept up on. A good choice if you are in Doylestown and looking for something quick.

Been coming here to buy Transbridge Lines bus tickets for a while. Cheaper to buy them here than on…read morethe bus itself. Also offer round trip ticket pairs and 10 ticket packages. Beware there are expiration dates on all the tickets, every single one. The one way tickets can usually be used for another half year, and possibly the round trip tickets too. However, if you get the pack of 10, you save money but you have only around 1 month to use it all. The gentleman selling the ticket behind the register has always been the same guy - a friendly man. Although looks a bit shabby inside and the shelves often appear to be pretty empty/need restocking, the employees are friendly and there is a small mom&pop shop feel which is quite a change from the massive chain stores.

Shelves are often poorly stocked. Employees seem miserable. I've complained repeatedly how the store is extremely cold. it is early Spring and I always regret not bringing a winter coat, hat and gloves. I've complained to staff. They only say yes they agree and they proceed to tell me how many layers of clothes they're wearing. I only go there now for the pharmacy, but plan on changing that as well so I no longer will have to enter this awful store. I can only hope with the arrival of Simply Fresh next year, Acme will be put out of business.

Today, I stopped in to pick up a prescription and was disappointed once again by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. There was one person at the counseling window, one car at the drive-thru, three customers at the island, and no one actively at the main counter when I approached. The staff member abruptly shouted, "I CAN TAKE THE NEXT PERSON!"--with no greeting or acknowledgment. When I stepped forward, she immediately demanded, "LAST NAME. DATE OF BIRTH," without a single polite phrase or tone. I mentioned I was picking up three prescriptions. She bluntly responded, "There is only one," and made no effort to look further or offer assistance in checking for the others. There was no conversation, no attempt to be helpful--just short, clipped commands. At checkout, she barked, "SIGN THE PAD!" again with no pleasantries or basic customer courtesy. The transaction ended without even a "thank you" or any closing acknowledgment. With so many options now available--from online pharmacies to in-store services at Target and grocery chains--you'd expect CVS to prioritize customer experience. Unfortunately, this visit reflects a serious lack of care and training in customer interaction. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.

I'm always looking for something specific and they didn't have it but that was okay. I also didn't see one of the local ones I wanted, but that just might be because they aren't stocked there. Overall it's clean, well organized, and staff is great. They also apparently do wine tastings which I thought was neat! I'd call the store for that ! The specific Reisling I wanted was only at this store near me and I was more than happy that they held the half case for a few days as I couldn't make it out here until the weekend.
