The final straw was them implementing policy's that delayed me getting medication I needed for 24 hours. I decided after the new year I would switch to Yardley Pharmacy. I picked this pharmacy because it's a small business. The kind that appreciates their customers and prides themselves on service. I knew that because I had read about Brian's customer service on community pages. This is exactly what I needed! Brian has already made me aware that he can help me replace discount cards that I had on file at CVS. He saved me the time of having to do that for myself. This doesn't happen at the chain stores. He is helping me to get my maintenance meds on a schedule so I can make fewer visits to pick up my medications. I'm glad I made the switch. I'm getting better service and supporting a small business. Thank you Brian. I look forward to having you on my care team!

Covid booster shot clinic review only…read more This pharmacy held a clinic right across the street from the business in a community center. It was open to seniors from Mercer county but near the end younger folks were included. When I found out about it I offered to take my uncle here. He jumped(figuratively) at the chance. We arrived around 3:00 and found only about 5 people ahead of us. A pharmacist and an assistant were the only staff here, but the assistant was amazing. This young lady did all of the paperwork and made sure info and cards were accurate. This was no easy feat as each person there were operating at senior speed(no offense) and missing certain documents. She helped the process flow and you eventually made your way to the pharmacist who was administering the shots. Regardless of your first vaccine, you were able to select any of the 3 approved vaxs for a boost. This in itself was time consuming for a few of the recipients, but the pharmacist patiently explained the options to each. He also prescribed plenty of fluids to begin immediately to cut down any side affects. Both of these workers seemed to really care about what they were doing! I don't have a need for prescription drugs, but I'm sure going to try to find a reason to bring some business to this pharmacy.

He knows his stuff and will answer any questions you have. They carefully check your meds, even putting little notes and reminders on your prescription bags in case they need to counsel you on some meds before they hand it over to you. That extra care just really ranks them high in my book. Reliable, timely, and overall GREAT "good neighbor pharmacy!"

The appointment was made online last week on the Rite Aid website, and this location had the earliest available time. I arrived a few minutes early, but found two cars lined up ahead of me. By the time they reached me, I was right on time. After showing my appointment email and photo ID, the test kit was passed to me in a small bag. I had read the instructions prior to arrival, so I understood how the process worked. The long handled swab was in a sealed sleeve which I opened to remove. I broke it in half where indicated and gently pushed it into first one nostril and then the other. The technique was to push it as far into my nose as it would go. The directions warned that it would be uncomfortable, and it was, but not enough to cause gagging or choking. Ten rotations while in each nostril, and then carefully open the vial with the reddish liquid inside and put the swab end first into it and close the glass tube with a few turns to make it secure. When completed, I placed the vial into the sliding delivery drawer. The masked pharmacist retrieved it from there and told me that was it, and I should depart. Results in 2-3 days. All in all, a simple process, but it did require keeping calm and some manual dexterity. Took about 5-7 minutes in total. Surprised about the low level anxiety felt as I went through this. I have no symptoms and I don't think I've been exposed, but after two years of this life and aware that Omicron is so easily spread, you just never know what to expect.
