Samatha, Harry's assistant, was beyond helpful. She could see I was struggling to walk and assisted me to the car with my new Rollator & Shower Seat. She put everything in the car and was just so sweet - talking to me about the importance of good medical services. I was concerned that the shower seat might be a little large, but Samatha took it out of the box so I could see that it would fit perfectly, and it did. The seat is small but sturdy and is working out beautifully.
