Appointments are required, but easily obtained through their website. All you need to provide is name and address, health insurance information (if insured) and knowledge of the shots you want. Scheduling is handled directly on that site, with location convenient to you offered as alternatives. Once selected, the available dates/times are shown and you click the best for your needs. Mine was made for the following week. Upon arrival, I checked in with the pharmacy, showed my photo ID, vaccination history card and health insurance information, answered a few questions about Covid symptoms or exposure and took a seat. Within minutes, a pharmacist approached, introduced herself, and took me to a small private room where the injections were quickly given. I had two that day. Bandaids were applied to protect the tiny wound and I was out the door. No significant side effects that evening nor the next day, except for minor discomfort at the injection site. No fuss. No muss. My only suggestion would be that they make an effort to make that room more comfortable, because it appeared they were still using it for storage in addition to seeing patients.

When I called Rite Aid and I spoke with Bara about getting prescription filled and delivered on same day, Friday, I learned that we missed the delivery cut off. Since I reside in California I was not able to pick up prescription. Bara ensured that my mom prescription was delivered to Chandler Hall that Friday so she would not need to wait until Monday. There were more closed registers than open and the line stretched pretty far. I inquired why they had so many registers broken. They actually were working, they were just shut off because they had only one person monitoring the whole area. It's the Friday before Easter! How do they have only one person working self check out? My experience is that 1 out of 3 orders are simply either cancelled or put in a "delayed" status. And once put in "delayed" status, it's unlikely that your order will ever be fulfilled. It'll be stuck in "delayed" status indefinitely and you'll have to waste time on Walmart's chat or on the phone to get the order cancelled. The manager at this location needs retraining, -period (or better yet, he/she should NOT be a manager).
