5/25/2025. I believe that this Riteaid is the best in the area. It is ashame that Riteaid filed Bankruptcy again just 2 weeks ago for the 2nd time. Hoping to close enough stores the first time to get out of their hole But it wasn't enough. Filing again 2 weeks ago - did them in Rite aid stated they are done this time. All stores will close. Stores are "open" for sale - to Giant, Walgreens, CVS and Acme. The "fate" of Langhorne flowers Mills is yet to be seen. Every 2/3 weeks a new list from Riteaid - with stores that are permanently closing. Riteaide pharmacy takes just 15/20 to fill prescriptions. CVS take 1.30 hrs to fill prescriptions. Pharmacists at the Warrington store are liars. They fail to inform.their patients that their medications will not be refilled due to Good Rx canceling tues with the failing chain. This has left me with the inability to refill my medications in a timely fashion the staff was rude and I celebrate their losing their jobs. You can't even trust your pharmacist any more. If your a client of Rite Aid and depend on these medications, RUN RUN RUN. read more

The staff in this pharmacy are warm and caring. I never hesitate to call with questions or concerns because I know I'll get accurate, complete answers. I take numerous medications. My refills are automatically filled. I'm notified by text when my prescriptions are ready. The text has a link that allows me to pay from home, which makes pickup quick and easy. This pharmacy is fantastic and I highly recommend it. read more

This store is a scam. They are pretending to survive while it's actually dead. It is under bankruptcy as for now. I can't imagine how people still go to its pharmacy because you don't know when it's shut down and you will be out of your medication. People should consider transferring their medications to nearby ACME or CVS. read more

Worst customer service ever. I've been using rite aid for a year now ...it's close and convent but I always have problems. I'm switching to Walgreens. I just wanna say if you are using a pharmacy and are there once a month, people should be friendly, motivating when you see them. These employees are just miserable and you can see it in their face. Rude So again I'm back after I've called twice to make sure it's ready for pick up, they said 20 more mins no worries, well I'm back after 25 mins and they said 10 more minutes. Ridiculous! The best pharmacy in this area. I always shopped at Rite Aid when I live in NJ. But after moving to PA, I didn't find any Rite Aid close to my home. This Friday when I was driving around, I found a Rite Aid. I bought some vitamins there, which was a great deal as advertised. The store associate was very friendly. I am very happy about this store. I will shop here more often from now on. read more

One star is too many the pharmacist has a mental disorder a. needs to go back to college. I came to get my insulin prescription and she refused to give it to me after I been taking for 20 years. Passed out on my way home. read more

I have been a loyal customer of the Flower's Mill Rite Aid before it was even Rite Aid. I have never had a bad experience! Not 1! Their prices are good, good variety of items, and great sales. The staff greets me by name and have always been quite helpful. A+ from me! read more

I think my letter to corporate says it all: Rite Aid Corporate: I was in the rite aid on Flowers MIll Road in Langhorne, PA on May 18th right around 8 a.m. I purchased groceries etc., about $140 worth and went and put them in the trunk of my car. I kept out a red bull and beef jerky because I wanted those in the car with me. I realized I had forgotten a couple of items so I walked back in the store, looked at Aaron the "Manager" (according to him) and said that i had forgotten a couple of things, to which he barely acknowledged me. He had 3 or 4 people in line checking out. I brought up my items and reminded him that the red bull and beef jerky were from my previous purchase only moments earlier. He proceeded to ring me up and then informed me that he would not allow me to take the red bull and the jerky because he didn't see me come in with them. I was shocked and made him repeat himself and he shook his head and basically said I was lying and that I could not leave with my items. I insisted that he watch the video and then apologize to me, he resisted but finally did...simply saying I could not leave with my items. He went to watch the video and came out of the office and said "ok we're good" and I asked him where my apology was. I also told him I was offended and asked him who the manager was to which he replied, "i am". I then asked who the regional manager was and he replied "I don't know"...which of course is untrue. I demand that someone from Rite Aid contact me and make this right and hold him accountable. I was humiliated in my own neighborhood by an apathetic "manager" who could have not possibly observed me enough to even make his ridiculous accusation. I frequent this store weekly and so does my entire family. He actually told me it was my fault for coming back in the store with merchandise. Mind you, I had no purse, no bag...nothing but a credit card in my back pocket and my red bull and beef jerky...which I had just purchased from him 10 minutes earlier. I am contacting an attorney and will sue this company for humiliation, slander and discrimination - perhaps he doesn't like gay women. I am owed an apology and more. I have witnesses, so in the event that the video disappears, I will have their word. He violated every proper procedure beginning with observation of me during my visit, confronting me in the store vs. out of it and finally his unwillingness to even watch the video...he clearly had a personal bias and had deemed me guilty already for whatever reason. The worst, most frustrating refill service of any pharmacy I've used in 40 years. They don't coordinate or followup with doctors when you order refills, and then don't tell you when there was a problem with a refill until you show up when you're out of your meds. These guys need a better system. Or less customers. They'll probably get the latter before they get the former read more

My daughter who is a collage student in Langhorn. Had a prescription sent from the Dr office to your store. The first time she went to see if the prescription was filled. She asked the person at the counter if it was ready. The person sternly said NAME. She told them her name then the associate said DATE OF BERTH! So she told the associate her date of birth. Then the associate looked at the computer screen, and without even looking up said NO! And walked away!! WOW my daughter thought! That associate must be having a bad day. So she went back today 02/17/2016 to see if her prescription was ready. Same response at the register. Except this time the prescription was ready. ( Now this is an injectable Drug. My daughter has very little if any experience injecting herself.) So after signing for the medication she asked the associate at the register about the medication. The associates response was"I don't know". So my daughter asked could I speak to the Pharmacist? When the pharmacist finally came to speak with her. My daughter asked about. Should she take the medication the same time every day? And where and how. The pharmacist said " I guess" and "I don't have to answer any more questions because you signed that you didn't have any questions"!! AND WALKED AWAY!!!! What kind of pharmacy are you people operating??? Where you treat your customers like they are irrelevant! Shame on you!! My daughter is a young woman who was just asking for help and you so called professionals wouldn't give her the time of day!!! ! No wonder you're company is going down the drain. Me and my family will never be using Rite Aid ever again. If you think you can treat your customers like trash and stay in business. I feel sorry for you. read more
