Placed a delivery, was supposed to be "delivered" today and was sent an uploaded "proof" of delivery photo from the back of the delivery driver's car. I have called for HOURS and not one single department has answered. I also contacted the delivery driver whose phone just happened to be "out of service". I went there today to shop for some stuff for me and my daughter and I brought $67 worth of stuff I went to self check out and payed there and also got $20 back and when I ask cashier if she can .change it for $10s they said NO then the manager there treated me badly when I went to ask another cashier and to customer service she followed me everywhere. I felt like I was being attacked. I will never do cash back ever again at waltmart. The manager needs to be respectful and I'm talking about the little Mexican with black straight hair. Is it okay for your employees to tell someone to Shut the FU$k up. My mom went to Walmart today to do some shopping with my sister, but also to return some protein drinks she purchased the past Thursday, and realized yesterday they expired today. The lady at the customer service counter could not find the item on the receipt. My mom tried to show her where it was and explain it. The lady said to my mom, "would you just shut the fu*k up so she could talk." My mom said get your manager. The MANAGER only told the lady to walk about while other people and the manager sat there and laughed. How is that acceptable? The Manager basically told her he wouldn't help her. How is this allowed? Then to make matters even better, my mom called my sister to see where she was and she was checking out. The so called manager had the security guard stand there and stared my mom and sister down while checking out. Basically trying to intimidate her. This is completely unacceptable behavior and I would love to know what is going to be done. Maybe get your manager and employees proper training. read more

Most Walmart's stink in my opinion. But as far as Walmart's go, this one is pretty tolerable. One of the things I like about this branch are, surprisingly, the staff. Typically Walmart employees are disinterested, borderline hostile mutes who have no interest in serving you or even answering simple questions. While some of the staff here does fit that bill, many are quite nice and helpful. Seriously, today is probably the first time I've ever had a positive interaction with a Walmart employee. That's something! Other than that, this place is a very good spot for clearance toys and media. You can get toys that are 75% off list price, even well known brands like Lego, Barbie, Star Wars etc. If you keep your eyes peeled and don't mind shopping in advance you can save a fortune on holiday gifts. As for media, they often have a very good Blu Ray bin with titles in the $5 to $8 dollar range that sell for double the price on Amazon. You have to dig through a lot of average stuff, but good deals on quality titles can be found. All in all this is a good Walmart. If you have to go to one, this location is relatively painless. read more

Hands down the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Service is non-existent. Aisles are unorganized. Employees and customers are always miserable. Checkout lines are consistently packed. Most of the queues aren't even open, which leads me to believe they are severely understaffed or can't keep up with the influx of shoppers since the Bristol store closed a few years back. Sadly, the Bristol location was much better. This one, not so much. I've officially given up on the Levittown store ever restoring itself. I'll just go to the Franklin Mills location instead. That one is infinitely more pleasant. Even though you will have to pay a little more in Philadelphia taxes going there, considering it the cost for slightly better service at the very least! read more

I've been calling customer service for weeks now to ask a question and absolutely NO ONE has ever picked up the phone. This is insane. Why is I one answering tht phone?? I need to know if their reverse osmosis system, a water system I feel my bottles on, is fixed. Last two times I was there it was broken. Can someone pls tell Me if it is fixed yet it or not?? This WalMart not only perpetually had pallets blocking the aisles making it difficult to navigate but in the past several months they are perpetually stocked out of multiple items. It doesn't matter which day of the week it is. The shelves are less than 50% full. I get it. WalMart sells stuff cheaply but this store is absolutely mismanaged. I'm done. I've lived in the Levittown/Fairless Hills are my entire life and this Walmart is just disgusting. I just asked a woman in the electronics section if she knew anything about a specific product I was looking at and she goes "Nope!!!" Waited in line for the self checkout for 25 mins because they had three checkout lanes open at 3 pm on a Wednesday afternoon. When I got up to the front of the self checkout I was told by the employee that cash was not accepted in the self checkout. I asked if there was a sign indicating this and the associate pointed to an 8x11.5 laminated paper that said cards only. Which I was not going to dispute the signage because now that she pointed out the location it is posted. my issue lies in the fact that the sign is not visible until you have already waited in the line. I asked why "no cash" was not posted to the overhead sign that indicates self checkout and hangs high and clear for all to see. The associate Told me it was too bad and that management will not allow them to post signage overhead. I had to go stand in one of the three lanes that were opened . This would not be an issue usually but each lane was 15 carts deep and I just wasted 25 minutes standing in another line . Of those three checkout lanes Most carts were filled to the brim. I ended up waiting another 40 minutes . So in total my 15 minutes of shopping time was quadrupled by waiting in lines. This was not my first negative experience at this location hence why I finally decided to write a Yelp review. Moving forward I will not try and do a one stop shop at Walmart but rather drive to the multiple stores who carry the items I need because driving to various other stores would still have yielded me less loss of my time . Additionally I don't blame the associates working I blame management and corporate for not permitting the signage to be posted overhead. read more

So i went to walmart & bought a memorex boombox, bring it home, test it & display is NFG, so back to the store, they return the $ & i go back to electronics & ask to see the last one, with an open box to test to make sure ir works, i am told " we can't do that until you buy it " Why would i buy something unless i know it works ? I don't expect perfection or great results but same problem as everyone else. There are never enough cash registers open. Sometimes there's only one or two. The cigarette and then one regular register always at the market side of the store not at the home side, yet the doors are open. This is also not a 24 hour store anymore so I don't understand why around 8 PM and you have all the stockers unloading pallets. And they're not mindful at all where they're going usually they can't even see. I'm actually surprised more people don't get ran over, but back to my initial point at Walmart I don't think they really care about the customers. Other than that the stores usually pretty clean without too much chaos. The undercover security guard is it a early 30s white guy with curly hair. I see him following people around sometimes and he always think he's pretty slick, but it's really funny when you blow his cover and say arent you a security guard. read more

I actually really like this walmart. I think since they moved to the new location the store has gotten better. They are now considered a super Walmart çomplete with a supermarket . The supermarket section is extremely reasonably priced, and had a wide selection of groceries( in some cases more variety of foods than other grocery stores) As for the rest of the store, it's a typical Walmart. We were there during the holiday season, the store was a mess, and it was hard to find items in the store. I've never had to deal with customer service at this location, so I can't make a comment on their customer service. read more

I don't know why I do it, I really don't... Time and time again I keep going back to this place and expect a different shopping experience. What is it that Einstein said about the definition of insanity?... When this Super-center first opened it was the bees knees! However, those days are a really distant memory. Walmart really needs to get their act together if they expect to stay competitive and avoid what happened to other large retailers in this country. I am talking about you Sears and Kmart! I don't know what the staffing levels are at other Walmarts across the nation, but this one is understaffed to say the least! What is the point of having a plethora of sales registers if you are only going to have 3 or 4 open at any given time? In addition to the absence of enough check-out registers being open, I have experienced numerous times that certain produce items were completely out of stock and their wasn't an associate as far as the eye could see to re-stock. It can really get on your nerves when you go to the market to specifically get corn for your BBQ in the middle of summer and their are ZERO ears of corn to be had. I will still come here from time to time if I need to pick up a pair of cheap socks or something, but as far as this place being a food shopping destination, forget about it. read more

It's alright I guess. There doesn't seem to be a lot of "People of Wal-Mart" people shopping at that location (at least not when I've been there) so that's always a positive. And the food prices are definitely cheaper than some of the grocery stores around here plus way more variety. Of course the classic drawback is the register situation. I usually prefer to do the self-checkout since it seems to go slightly faster than the regular cashiers but they close it down around 10 PM-ish (maybe earlier?) so you have to wait in the long lines even at the express lane. Keeping it open another hour or whatever would help ease congestion especially if you only have a couple of things you want to buy. But at any rate I haven't really had a negative experience that would keep me from shopping there again. *knock on wood* read more

Who really even likes shopping at Walmart? But this one is horrific! I wouldn't give it a star. Besides the ignorant customers who are in such a hurry they practically hit you to move. They stand in the middle of the isle like goons who think the store is open just for them. Oi! I love living here(enter sarcasm) anyway the store is hectic enough but there's constantly someone unloading boxes and boxes of stuff which blocks even more of the alleged wide isles. Then somehow you survive without yelling at someone everyone is racing to the self checkout with I'm not kidding a cart stuffed full. At a self checkout!!! They are supposed to be for med to small purchases. And why is this?? Well this stores manager is so intelligent and qualified there's 95% of the time 1 I mean 1 normal checkout is open. Now this is a store that sits in between many towns but the area as a whole is congested and busy. We are 30 min from Philadelphia that's how busy it is here. So 1 checkout!!! And heaven forbid you have to go to customer service. You'll be in line no matter what time for at least 20 min or more. Make sure your phone is changed so you can play a game. Then once you get there it's some crusty angry creep that treats everyone like crap they ALL are like that, so good luck there. I try not to shop here but when I do I go late at night but it's still 1 checkout no self checkout and again play a game and try not to scream. I have anxiety and I have to pop 2! Xanax to get through shopping here during the day, it's that bad. Oh if you ever speak to the manager or need to , don't he's the most ignorant jerk of a manager trust me. Future reference: When paying with a card and getting cash back, do not engage in friendly conversation with the cashier. The old lady this morning seemed friendly and harmless during conversation, but after I departed the store and went to get breakfast and pay, I then realized I did not have the extra $20 in my wallet from the transaction. When I went back to the Wal*Mart, the manager practically said I was lying as they looked at the receipt which to my surprise was circled by the clerk, but if my money is not in my wallet or in the bag, then where is it? It is either in the register (which their supposed audit proved wrong) or the cashier does a real good job at this and gets away with it. I asked the manager. I have better things to do with my time then fabricate a story and have to wait 30 mins in line and for an audit to be complete. Definitely not worth the $20, and thank God I did not push $80 or $100 on the cash back screen!! So, I will not be going back to this store, and all my cash back will be at an ATM where I am not being distracted. I am not one to give a bad review. The one-star is to be a buyer beware warning. After doing some online searches, We bought a diy swing set thinking we'd have our contractor neighbor put it together. What a train wreck. after 4 days of assembling - its only 50 % assembled months later. I requested a refund from Walmart because our friend says its crap wood (and it's already splitting). It was suppose to be cedar but it feels like cheap pine. Worst of all, saw essentially the same swing set elsewhere already assembled for less than what I paid (a floor model but still less than DIY). My daughter lost a whole Summer of having fun on the swingset she helped picked out. The contractor friend said pieces are missing so even finishing it at this point is a challenge. read more

If someone could help me on this one why have 15 lanes, but only have 4 open when their are more then 10 people in each of them.
