Wal-mart. It is what it is. Every time I shop at this Wal-mart (mostly out of convenience, I work nearby), I think the same thing: They should have a sign above the entrance that says, "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK." Why stay open 24 hrs if you dont have the cashiers to ring people out. 12:00 am, 1 cashier, self checkout closed, 15+ people in line. I walked leaving $100+ merchandise in my cart, and I wasnt the only one. 3rd time this has happened. Check the front end situation before you shop, save yourself a lot of time. read more

The fact the cashiers sit on their rearends while ringing up cashiers is pathetic. I had a cashier last week ringing up my food order high as a kite on pain meds dipping out after every so many scans. Horrible they should stand on their feet they are now making $11 an hour to start show some professionalism. read more

Went to pick an online order up and every one was very helpful, from the gentleman at the front to the young lady at the pick up counter. She went above and beyond to look it up without the order number. I even called them to thank them. Thank you again! read more

I will never shop here again. I tried a few times. The Manager and staff in the photo center are very rude and ignorant. They are not helpful and useless. I have had cashiers not read the coupons and tell me I was wrong. The store itself is not good. read more

The Pharmacy is unbelievable. They have made numerous mistakes, lied to me (pass the buck) and have serious communication issues. I am not one to complain about foreigners behind the counter but they just CANNOT speak English well enough. One time, I actually had to get them to spell the medicine so I can google it. She didnt know the brand name and I could not understand her. They have even given me the wrong medicine. My name was on the bag and instructions but someone else's med were inside. I now transferred my scripts to CVS but even they can't fill the one because Walmart already got the insurance approval on one and either didnt or do not know how to void the transaction so another pharmacy can get ins approval. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER getting a script filled there. read more

It's a great Walmart...it's has great costumer service and I love the atmosphere of the store!!..

Unfortunately, I have to buy stuff here. I don't have tons of money so find that the cheapest prices are here. But, I have to force myself to go here. 85% of the time, the people who work here act like they can't be bothered. Most of the time when I ask the cashiers how they are doing, it turns into a complaint session for them. Even the greeters are hit or miss. I make sure that I go at the slowest times to avoid rude customers and workers and I make sure I make a list in an order that gets me out of there the fastest. read more

What can I say lame , lame, lame. .this is more directed to the e commerce division of Walmart then the store itself. I ordered a television to pick up at the store. I placed the order they took my credit card info. As soon as I hit order button . I get another email stating the order is delayed and they will notify me when order would be available to pick up. The original email stated the tv would be ready to pick up the same day later that day but on this email they show a scale showing how the order is proceeding . Three days later it still showing processing no further explanation of the delay . To leave the customer hanging with no information as to order status is just plain rude and poor business practice. You might want to take a clue how Best Buy does it as I have never had an issue with them and they are prompt to assist you with the status if needed. Stuff like this only leads to my impression how inept Walmart Corp is. read more

You would think this "company" would help you with purchases - I mean they are the biggest company in the country making sure China makes lots of money - well I wanted to buy a computer which was out of stock and the salesperson wasted my time because he had no idea what he was doing at all and just referred me to the website, went onto the website - they let me buy it and then sent me an email 12 hours later canceling the order because they were out of stock, they said that they had to hold my money for 3 business days - it was Saturday and I needed this computer fast so now my money was tied up into this stupid company. I called them thinking they could help me, compensate me hey maybe give me 10 % off - nope I spoke with a supervisor on the phone and he couldn't care less and also the other 3 operators I spoke with - they couldn't care less. I always said I wouldn't buy from Walmart because they are a horrible company - they treat their employees bad and doesn't barely sell any USA products - well I'm positive I'm done with them I'll go to target read more

Even though I've vowed to myself to never step foot in this place again, I decided to do Ship to Store option on my daughter Bicycle for her birthday, I added my husband to the pick up person field and EVEN printed the paper that said his name on the order confirmation. He goes to pick up the bike and the oh so wonderful customer service desks nearly laughs at him and tell him, she can't release it to him because my husbands name is not in THEIR system, even though clearly on the paperwork with his phone and all his info he had there to prove it was him. Bottom line she did not give him the bike, he just said FINE, i will go buy one that is here in the store and we will cancel that order. She let him walk away, but it's not just his Walmart it is every one I've ever been into, regardless of city or state. I think they purposely strive to see how many people they can piss off and screw daily, to laugh at the returning customers, who apparently love to be pissed of and screwed. It truly amazes me they can get away with this service, any QUALITY store could never!!! read more

If you are a customer with a disability, beware!!!! I am disabled and on oxygen and use a service dog, which remains still and obedient and very small, severe heart, lung, back and PTSD conditions, etc al. Normally no carts are available, out of electricity and unplugged w/no assistance locating one. If shop late after midn. must use self checkout, no assistance is offered, the monitor just stands there and watches you struggle, with oxygen on, lift groceries out of cart and bag yourself, even with broken back and backbrace on. No help is offered to your car. I am forced to go there due to location I am unable to shop without an electric cart & have trouble getting in & out of car repeatedly to shop several stores. The final straw was at 11pm, an employee was stocking eggs, had entire area blocked with pallet and boxes scattered over entire area, no nametag on, and I realize the necessity to be able to restock, but could not access by foot, so I got off cart and asked, employee repeatedly ignored me, glared at me 3rd request said I heard you and kept working.. I decided to come back later. Fifteen minutes later I saw a couple going to that area on foot w/out shop cart, and the employee backed up and let them through, I came in behind them, and the employee stepped in front of me, loudly told me just because I was in a GD electric cart she wasnt going to stop working or move one D@@@ thing, I could go the hell around her, and to get my GD animal away from her right F@@@@@@now. I was shocked and did not know how to react, have heart problems and am not supposed to get upset, another employee working in a different area heard her, and came running over to the area and started moving the boxes she had scattered all over the 15 to 20 ft area around the pallet and the eggs, however she kept mumbling expletetive language under her breath at me, and I told her there were laws in place by Americans with Disabilities that protected my rights and prevented abuse towards them and any customer should not be treated this way.. She said very loudly I dont give a GD who you are get that GD animal away from me I am not stopping my work or moving a da@@ thing. I asked her what her name was so I could talk to the manager. She refused to answer three times, finally told me Tina (which was not her real name, it was LaNita) and she said go ahead, get a manager, they wont do a GD thing, they dont care either, it wont do any good, you dont matter to them my job does matter and kept hollering insults at me all the way till I could no longer hear her. By the time I reached deli, the other young male employee ran over and apologized profusely for his mothers behaviour, he did not know why she did that but shes had alot of stress lately, etc. I said its not your fault. His name was Wesley. I tried to get deli to contact a manager, fill out an incident report or complaint form and told there arent any. I told them I was going to call police to document it if they did not get someone in charge. A co-manager female named Jo came, very annoyed, listened to my story, told me they had noone by that name working there or anyone who had son working there either. I told her his name, she said his mother doesnt work here. She acted as if I was not telling the truth and had to prove to her and insist it occurred. Annoyed, she said she would talk with the employee thats all she could do. I asked for documentation that I reported this or copy of report she would make to store mgr, told me not making one, she said all I could do was call the complaint line number which would be on my receipt when I checked ou. I was humiliated, insulted, upset to the point of having chest pains and taking heart and anxiety meds, and had to finish my shopping. Assuming an employee who just verbally assaulted a disabled person would be removed from the floor until at least the disabled person left the store, I went back to try again and get eggs, about 30 min later after medication took effect, and that employee was still on the floor and still had whole area around eggs blocked off. I finished shopping, had to check myself out with broken back and all other conditions, no assistance was offered with that or loading groceries to car. I reported incident to corporate customer complaint line, which WAS NOT on receipt, had to go to library to access internet and find, the rep Sam said he would pass it on for store to resolve. Passed back and forth between co-mgrs, told no current store mgr, After left hanging by Mike, and 2 messages left and two store visits in person, nobody felt this was important enough to address. I am now proceeding with ADA complaint and civil suit. I am boycotting Walmart stores due to their ignorance of ADA laws and treatment of persons with disabilities. this store sets a new standard on low. unhelpful and unintelligent staff who are extreemly rude! there are maybe five check out registers open of the 24 or so and the cashiers are slower than molasses, not the famous race horse. Everythign is stocked in the wrong place and there is a law that if its stocked incorrectly they have to honor that price but they never do. The CSM's who are basically there for the cashiers all act like tough guys and claim to be managers but dont be fooled thye are little peons no better than the cashiers get a REA L manager! If Yelp could give negative star reviews, this place would deserve it. I am NEVER going to this place again I'd rather go out of my way to not shop there than go for the "convenience" . there prices are no lower than any other store either... they dont price match either like they do at other stores. in general this place is a crap hole from the ppl who work there and the sewer trash that shops there from across the bridge in Jersey. read more
