I would never purchase another item from this store. I was extremely disappointed with my purchase…read more I was fitted for an outfit and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to make and it took 3 months. After stopping by the store multiple times to check on my outfit (because no one called like they said they would) the outfit was there. It was horribly made. It look as if the person who sewed it completely got the measurements incorrect. After having to discard the outfit due to the poor quality of how it was sewn I asked if they can make a skirt with the rest of the material I had purchased from them. The skirt was just as bad. The strings were hanging from everywhere. The seams weren't align and the inside lining was completely ripped apart. I was completely disappointed. I could not wear the skirt the way it was made. This was a complete waste of time and money. NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this store. I told my friends about my ordeal and told them to never purchase anything from here. I am a supporter but I can't support bad service.

I felt like a kid in a candy store. Not only did this place have the exact style I was looking for, but I felt like I wanted to buy EVERYTHING THAT I SAW. I honestly cannot remember the last time I walked into a store and felt this way. I ended up trying on a few tops, and four dresses, and walked out with two dresses. This place has everything....clothes, shoes, accessories, jewelry, and all of it compliments one another. I was able to get some really great deals from their clearance rack, and their regular priced items were not terribly high either. The clerk was kind, and helpful when I asked for suggestions, the store is clean, bring and inviting, and the dressing room was luxurious! I will be adding more items to my closet from this place very soon!

My wife received a gift on Christmas Day and we went to return it and pick out something else from the store the next day - shouldn't be a problem- right? WRONG!!! The woman said "What I'm I to do with this?" I said "Excuse me?" she went on to say that the garment smelled of smoke and asked if the gifter smokes. I said "no" and smelled the piece of crap and then had my wife smell the piece of crap.... no smell whatsoever. We said "we don't smell anything". She then said that the store tag was missing and questioned whether we purchased it there. I said "it still has a four inch manufacturer's tag hanging from it and you can't identify this garment as something you sell here?" She replied "I have seen it at other places and we can't have a return policy like Macy's". I said "we have the bag with your stores name on it and the $60 receipt right there on the counter". She said hesitantly "well I guess I could try to air it out". Conclusion- post this and forget about it !!! My Dachshund now loves it - the smell of crap and smoke doesn't bother her. If I could figure out how to post a picture of how content she is with it I would. The Dachshund told me to be generous and she is quite happy........ so....... ONE STAR It is!

Let me start off by saying that Windsor is my daughter's favorite store. We have been going to the…read moreones in Freehold and Woodbridge for years. This is where her and her friends usually get their formal type wear for sweet 16s, Christmas parties, etc. However, I never go to the one in Quakerbridge because, tbh the staff isn't as attentive and definitely brushes us off. We just happened to be there and against my better judgment, we went inside because my daughter needs a new NYE outfit. I have to say, it really has changed from The summer when I was last there. The new manager, Sabrina or Sarena (I'm not good with names) was extremely attentive, funny and helped her find the perfect dress. Even said she would get it from another store if need be (for no extra cost). This location will prob be our new go to.

An employee who "helped" me locate the item at another store did not follow through or maybe didn't understand the process. I was promised that I would get a link in my email to from the other store to pay for the item and they would ship it to my home, but I never received the link. Since he never told me what store the item was located or coming from, I call this store for three days and no one answered the phone and when I finally got some one who located similar item I would settle for, their system was down. I was again promised a call back when the system was up, but never got that call. I just give up. Clearly there no accountability or care for customer service.

With herself,…read moreher hubby and two children and socks being a necessary accessory in the chilly months, she had herself a field day and was so excited to be able to cross this off from her school shopping list and of course she had to fill a bag for her and hubby. Of course with this huge area of more socks than you have ever seen in one store at incredibly low prices and deals galore on the more you buy, the more you save, I had to shop too, even though I have a stuffed drawer full of socks now, I can go through that drawer and finally discard the tattered and worn thin ones. While I have a fetish for shoes, my hubby has one for socks and he actually has two drawers, one containing dress socks and the other casual socks, although he is better than I am about tossing worn out peek a toe socks, on any given day I will find a bathroom trash can full of his discarded socks. So with all of the cool colors, designs and styles, I did my sock shopping in no time at all, while daughter and family checked out each and every sock! After two sandwiches, ice cream and filling my cooler and car with meats, cheeses, produce, baked goods and some gift ideas, I decided to go to the car and wait. That waiting turned into the seat going back and a good nap as daughter and family checked out every single sock in this shop, while I dreamed of footsies and pretzel sandwiches, for a good hour or more! Quick or slow, you really should check them out, good quality socks at great prices and they have very inexpensive socks in a wide range of sizes and colors for folks with diabetes or circulation problems. Go to their website before you visit for discount coupons, only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It makes me all warm and fuzzy to know that my daughter and family will have toastier tootsies during the chilly days. As for me, I tossed out lots of holey socks, I have to get rid of that mouse who's been hanging around in my drawer.
