Jessica helped me without hestiation and with a big smile. She was very personable and laid back. She never pressured us about availability of the dress like all bridal stores do. She looked up inventory status for me and was honest about it. She sent me emails with pictures of dresses I tried on and answered my emails promptly.She dealt with my mom who was a little TOO excited about the event and therefore can come off as abrupt. I picked out a few favorites but could not commit because I was shopping else where. I would pop in every other week almost to look and try on and bring different friends in to look. Everytime we go in, I would call in advance. When we get there, the dressing room will be stocked with the dresses I tried on before. They are very thoughtful. I fell in love with other dresses at other stores but they were very expensive. Finally I made one last trek and decided on a strapless beaded and lace sheath dress that has so much details that it is UNDER priced if compared to regular bridal wear brands. They gave me 10% discount. The dress arrived in 2 weeks and they let me keep it at the store for me. I have since popped in a couple of times to try it on and show my friends. My wedding is not till 4 months from now so they are going to keep it there for the duration of the time AND entertain me when the seamtress conducts fittings. Syndi is another associate that is wonderful. They are always very friendly and try hard to find something for you. Their dresses are trendy, well made and tasteful. They are pricey but their sales are incredible. For wedding dresses, their prices are great. I will go back again for rehearsal dinner dress and also my mom's dress for the wedding. I am a curvy woman and many of the smaller sample sizes do not fit me well, and the A-line was not flattering 8 times out of 10. The woman assigned to me during my appointment was unhelpful, and made me feel worse about the dresses not fitting well, and feeling unflattering. She did not offer advice, but basically told me that everyone looks good in an A-line and I was just being silly. The next bridal place I went (Danielle's Bridel) to had tools, (inserts for the back and clips) to help too-small or too-big trial dresses fit better, and where much more helpful about finding a dress that fit my body type, instead of ignoring/disregarding my disinterest in dresses made to compliment a different shape. However, my Fiancee wanted to come by and try on a few dresses, as she is a smaller size, and has a shape that is better complimented by the style. On our second visit about 2 weeks ago the manager at the time helped us. She was a friendly, helpful, left us alone when needed, and offered ideas and suggestions that corresponded with my Fiancee's reaction to different dresses. She offered us drinks (which this first women had not when I went in), gave us a bridal gift bag at the end, and offered to get us a sample of the dress my Fiancee liked in her size brought to the store the next day. She was fun, and helpful and made the experience a lot better for my fiancee. Overall, the dresses are lovely, the store is well designed for potential brides, but they only have 1 size of each dress on the rack to try on (which can be very frustrating). Most frustratingly, the quality of service seems to depend A LOT on who helps you. Wedding dress shopping is already stressful due to expectations, assumptions that every bride is 'supposed' to be a size 2, and the high price tag, even mediocre customer service doesn't help.
