Ecstatic and energized was I traversing the store seeing locally designed and hand made items and additional handmade items from across the United States. Everything here is American made. Everything I saw there was pretty and of high quality. Amazingly,I left there with a still heavy wallet even after purchasing 4 Christmas gifts at surprisingly reasonable prices. Kudos to the owners for taking a leap of faith in opening something contemporary and hip in this usually conservatively dressed part of the Philadelphia burbs. Shaking things up !!

I stopped by a few days ago to check out their new store. It's significantly bigger than Nana's Attic, which means it feels far less cramped. Yay! I asked the store associate about sales and there was one $4 rack with unremarkable pieces. I didn't find the employees to be very warm nor friendly, so after asking about the sales, I didn't bother to inquire further. No hello upon entry. No offer to help, nor questions about if I was looking for anything specific. I was kind of surprised by the lack of warmth, given the mission of this organization. Unfortunately, I doubt I'll return. I highly recommend My Closet Space consignment in nearby Drexel Hill for some pieces that aren't as pricey.
