I get there and sorry - no refills left on the prescription and we don't call the doctor. Then why didn't you call me OR not send the messages that the prescription was ready? I was prescribed a blood thinner after an ER visit. I went to get the prescription the next day and was told - sorry we don't have Eliquis and it won't be in until tomorrow - WHAT???? I can't skip doses! Since it was sold, the customer service has gone way downhill. I am now looking for a new pharmacy. Always an issue with them filling my prescriptions.

Christy Vu is the pharmacist, and is super friendly, professional, and (most importantly), great at giving shots! I didn't feel a thing! Seriously! I arrived around 11:30a on a Thursday morning, I didn't have an appointment, but submitted my insurance info and COVID card at the front counter. There were less than a half dozen other folks waiting around (there's only 3-4 chairs in the tiny shop), most had already been vaccinated and just waiting until their 15min were up. By the time I finished filling out the vaccine release form, Christy called me to the back to get my shot. She verified my information, reviewed pertinent info and instructions for the vaccine and voila! I was done. I brought a book, so I read until my 15min was up, but was out of there and home (with a wawa pretzel and icee to reward myself for my shot) by noon! I'll definitely be back for any other pharmacy needs, and would highly recommend others to support this local small business!

I came in one late-night to get some essentials (I was traveling in the area). When I came, parking was easy to find, the store was practically empty, and the lady at the register was cool. They didn't have the one I needed, so I asked if I could return it. Plot twist? I had lost my receipt between the night before and the morning of (no more than like 12 hours). I had the receipt for one of the other purchases I had made the night before and the card I used to make the purchase, but apparently that wasn't enough. The lady wouldn't give me my money back at all. I seriously didn't get why, but whatever. I left the store frustrated and disappointed. I like CVS. It's a neat store that has pretty good deals, but this was unnecessary and stupid. I haven't made a purchase at a CVS store since.
