I arrived around 11:30a on a Thursday morning, I didn't have an appointment, but submitted my insurance info and COVID card at the front counter. There were less than a half dozen other folks waiting around (there's only 3-4 chairs in the tiny shop), most had already been vaccinated and just waiting until their 15min were up. By the time I finished filling out the vaccine release form, Christy called me to the back to get my shot. She verified my information, reviewed pertinent info and instructions for the vaccine and voila! I was done. I brought a book, so I read until my 15min was up, but was out of there and home (with a wawa pretzel and icee to reward myself for my shot) by noon! She tries to call but they closed two minutes prior. She tells me I should have checked the note prior to leaving the doctor's office like I'm some sort a doctor that should know what it should look like. On top of this they're closed on the weekend so now I have to wait till Monday to get this all fixed .

I could wait a few days, or I could transfer my Rx to the nearby Sam's Club. Really?!?! So I got what I needed at Sam's Club. Next refill, same thing. So I transferred to a nearby REAL PHARMACY and they always have what I order same day.
