The quality of their produce, the selection in the deli and they're not Stocked well. This is a really busy store The parking lot is always full. if you need a one of those little carts to ride around the store, Be aware, you may not get one or if you try to wait for one you'll be waiting for the size of this store, they should have plenty more of those carts available. They have mostly self check out kiosk and not many cashiers so a anytime the cashier is available the lines are long. Overall, this is the best one in my area so again I'm stuck coming here.

I arrived around 11:30a on a Thursday morning, I didn't have an appointment, but submitted my insurance info and COVID card at the front counter. There were less than a half dozen other folks waiting around (there's only 3-4 chairs in the tiny shop), most had already been vaccinated and just waiting until their 15min were up. By the time I finished filling out the vaccine release form, Christy called me to the back to get my shot. She verified my information, reviewed pertinent info and instructions for the vaccine and voila! I was done. I brought a book, so I read until my 15min was up, but was out of there and home (with a wawa pretzel and icee to reward myself for my shot) by noon! I'll definitely be back for any other pharmacy needs, and would highly recommend others to support this local small business!

She refused to answer on why it wasn't filled and proceeded to argue and told me it wasn't her fault it was the system and oh well basically. I get there and sorry - no refills left on the prescription and we don't call the doctor. Then why didn't you call me OR not send the messages that the prescription was ready? I was prescribed a blood thinner after an ER visit. I went to get the prescription the next day and was told - sorry we don't have Eliquis and it won't be in until tomorrow - WHAT???? I can't skip doses! Since it was sold, the customer service has gone way downhill. I am now looking for a new pharmacy. Always an issue with them filling my prescriptions.

Also their handicap spots are plenty and super close to the building with no large curbs - honestly some of the best handicap spots I've come across. They also have a drive thru. It can be a bit hectic getting in and out of here as it's on the corner of York and county line , but overall it's a good CVS!

I had a RX called in on April 10. It's now April 21, and I am still waiting. They never called the doctor, they never called the insurance company. They never told me it had to be preauthorized. I finally got all that straigtened out and was told it would be available to pick up on April 20. I drive there and give them my name and they tell me there is no prescription for pick-up. They then check their system and tell me that it needs preauthorization. My head was about to explode. I told them that it was preauthorized and that I had spoken with the insurance company 4 times earlier that day. The final straw was when they said, oh, wait that was done and then proceeeds to tell me that they don't have it in stock and they need to order it and it will be delivered tomorrow. I truly have no words. They are incompetent and clueless. It's obvious they have issues based on the negative reviews.
