The quality of their produce, the selection in the deli and they're not Stocked well. This is a really busy store The parking lot is always full. if you need a one of those little carts to ride around the store, Be aware, you may not get one or if you try to wait for one you'll be waiting for the size of this store, they should have plenty more of those carts available. They have mostly self check out kiosk and not many cashiers so a anytime the cashier is available the lines are long. Overall, this is the best one in my area so again I'm stuck coming here.

I had moved twice since then, but the address on the prescription they got from my doctor was my correct, current address, which is also my billing address. I called to let them know they had made a mistake. At that point, I was slightly annoyed about the error but also in a pretty forgiving mood, since I really liked the woman I had spoken to. I know it is easy to make a mistake. Then the owner called me. He was rude, aggressive, and combative. He began to gaslight me, telling me that since the box labeled "verify address" was checked, they must have verified my address and maybe I just didn't hear it (EXCUSE ME, I KNOW WHERE I LIVE). He also said it was MY fault for not making sure they didn't have the incorrect address (the logic of this is truly mind-boggling). Somehow they were able to process my payment with my correct current address, but still I must have given them the wrong one for shipping. What enrages me is that rather than admit to a mistake and apologize (and maybe refund the shipping cost), the owner treated me like absolute DIRT. Even the nurse who overheard our phone conversation said he was RUDE. She was particularly appalled that he said I should have made sure they weren't using the wrong address (rather than the one on my current prescription). For twenty dollars and a mistake, you have lost a previously loyal customer because you DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS, especially when you are in the healthcare business. I'm shaken and disgusted. How DARE you make money off my medical needs and then treat me with such condescending contempt over YOUR mistake.

I get 2-3 different prescriptions per month and this pharmacy has always helped me get my meds consistently. Anytime I have questions and send a message about my script they always call me back within an hour. A few times I've dealt with backordered meds and insurance issues and the staff have worked to resolve or get guidance on what action I should take. Those with negative views, please remember this. CVS corporation is evil and does not give pharmacists the support they need. Yet pharmacy staff does their best for our safety and health. Often, barriers like staffing, regulations, and insurance are the cause of your problems. PS: I am not a special, high priority patient who's life is at risk without my meds. All my meds are routine and can be missed without any serious effects yet they STILL prioritize getting my scripts on time, even a few days early.

She refused to answer on why it wasn't filled and proceeded to argue and told me it wasn't her fault it was the system and oh well basically. I had the receipt for one of the other purchases I had made the night before and the card I used to make the purchase, but apparently that wasn't enough. The lady wouldn't give me my money back at all. I seriously didn't get why, but whatever. I left the store frustrated and disappointed. I like CVS. It's a neat store that has pretty good deals, but this was unnecessary and stupid. I haven't made a purchase at a CVS store since.
